BronxCare Medical and Dental at Poe

I had to be admitted into this hospital recently and I have received excellent care. Sometimes I may had to wait and be patient during my stay but they always made sure I was okay and was in no pain even when I first arrived there in a insane amount of discomfort. The doctors seem to be very caring in making sure you leave in better health then when you first arrived in. And most nurses her cared for me was very caring and sweet and made me feel comfortable even though I fear hospitals.

This doctors office was amazing with my three year old autistic child. They were super caring to him, attentive to his needs and the phlebotomist Lindsay was the best of the best! She got my sons blood out on the first try. And the wait time was quick!

Waiting on line to register for 30 mins is diabolical. They have no functionality at this location. With all the horrible reports it should be shutdown or all new workers. If you have all day to wait just not to be properly diagnosed and don't mind using insurance or money by all means go. Horrible place

My mother has been calling all week, I took the initiative of contacting this clinic due to not receiving medication. Contacted 5 times because of no answer when reception answered he transferred me to another patient having the same issues. I’m pretty sure that is a HIPPA Violation. For Dr. Kim.

The Dental receptionist are rude, they should be more nice to the patients & not speak down to them! Don't get me started on the dentist, I saw one who butchered my mouth. I would not recommend this place in good conscience to any human being or animal.
