BronxCare – Ogden Family Medical and Dental

Why did the guy who i tried to make an appointment with ask for my social. I've never heard of needing a social security number to make an appointment. So as I say I feel uncomfortable giving my social he hangs up .... sketchy .

I had been waiting more than 6 months for this appointment, that I was scheduled for today 4/09/2025 @ 9:30 this morning, for me to be sitting in the waiting area for about to 30-45 minutes. To tell me that the doctor is not seeing anyone else today. The excuse they gave was that he only has two more days that he will be working there. Really freaking really. This is bad business/ communication. They freaking really need the one star that I gave for real, I have been going to that dental clinic for a few years. They have went DOWN !! 🤔☹️

The customer service and is terrible in the clinic. The staff is slow and there is one old women drawing blood in the lab. To have anxiety sitting here for very long makes me want to scream. They need better staff there. People should not have to wait four hours on a doctors visit very slow. To think we are suppose to be seen quickly because of the social distance rule that doesn’t happen at this clinic. They get a thumbs down I will be going back to me doctor in queens.

The new doctor they have now ( Ayilam sudhakar) IS A HORRIBLE DOCTOR! He Needs to be removed immediately! And if he’s not I’m going to contact OPMC and trust I won’t be the only one making complaints!

Racially discriminated THE DOCTOR NAME IS ( DR SOBEIOR PEREZ) Resident doctor🤬 BRONX-CARE OGDEN FAMILY MEDICAL AND DENTAL CENTER. 1067 Ogden ave Bronx , New York 10451 APPOINTMENT AT 3:00pm Today my daughter had appointment for a physical. The doctor was very very disrespectful to me and my daughter. The rudeness she showed to me and my daughter was very very unprofessional as she being a doctor.. she follow me and my daughter out to the front of the clinic to still talking disrespectful. Now she get to the front desk to tell the nurse that sign her daughter another doctor NOW DONT FORGET SHE WASNT MY DAUGHTER DOCTOR. JUST FOR TODAY. ( basically she said) She told the front desk: HER WORD!! MAKE SURE THEY ARE PUT WITH A NONHISPANIC HEALTH CARE PROVIDER.. Basically:( SAYING TO PUT US WITH A BLACK PERSON AND NOT ANY HISPANIC HEALTHCARE PROVIDER. BECAUSE SHE’S HISPANIC.. But I will say that the people in the front desk was very professional.. Whoever read this please contact me for further information.. I will be making a conplaint with 311 until someone get back to me.. January 26 2024 / 4:30pm
