Founded on the principle that every patient deserves a healthy, confident smile in a comfortable and anxiety-free environment, Brooklyn Dental has evolved from a local neighborhood practice into a comprehensive dental destination known for its clinical excellence and warm, welcoming atmosphere.
The practice's mission is rooted in a holistic approach to oral health, viewing it as an integral component of overall well-being. The team believes that education, prevention, and a strong doctor-patient relationship are the cornerstones of lifelong dental health. This philosophy is evident from the moment patients enter the serene, thoughtfully designed office on the 6th floor, which contrasts sharply with the stereotypical clinical dental experience. The space is crafted to alleviate anxiety, featuring calming decor, ample natural light, and amenities that make visits, even lengthy procedures, as relaxing as possible.
What truly sets Brooklyn Dental apart is its unique fusion of comprehensive general dentistry with advanced specialty-level cosmetic and restorative services, all under one roof. While many practices refer out for complex procedures, Brooklyn Dental’s team possesses the advanced training and technology to manage a vast spectrum of needs internally, from routine cleanings to full-mouth reconstructions and dental implant placements. This continuity of care ensures that patients build a trusted relationship with a cohesive team that understands their entire dental history and long-term goals. The practice is particularly distinguished by its expertise in digital dentistry, utilizing state-of-the-art tools such as intraoral scanners that replace traditional messy impressions, cone-beam CT (CBCT) imaging for precise 3D planning of implants and surgeries, and CAD/CAM technology for same-day crowns and restorations.
The team of dental professionals, led by highly experienced dentists, is dedicated to continuous education, ensuring they remain at the forefront of the latest techniques and materials in preventive care, minimally invasive dentistry, and aesthetic design. Their expertise extends to serving patients of all ages, with a special focus on creating positive dental experiences for children and managing the complex dental needs of adults and seniors with compassion. The practice's unique value proposition lies in its commitment to providing care that is not only clinically superior but also tailored to each individual's lifestyle, concerns, and aesthetic desires. Customer Reviews
Initially everything was good. Friendly staff. Treatment plan was devised to remove a crowned tooth and two cavities during the same future visit. The plan was 30% more than an upper west side dentist but I was keen on moving forward. Arrived today to find out that the technician "called out" today so they could only do extraction. I don't like surprises so this was unsettling. Why I wasn't called and told of this before arriving in office was inconsiderate and unprofessional. I'd taken the entire day off which is a loss of income for me. Prepared then to have tooth pulled but was told ten minutes late that doctor was running an hour behind schedule. So I cancelled my procedure. when I asked for a copy of panorama scan they took of my teeth, I was told it cost $250.
Walked out. Minimal apology. Not a good experience at all. Left with a bad taste in my mouth,
Literally and figuratively! Never
again
They are trashed. The iimplants suck and the color is off all the way. How you put in implants and not make them match your other teeth. Always excuses but will take your money. You change your name from Brooklyn Dental to Advanced dental because you got bad reviews. The commercial is a LIE..
Money down the drain.. You can never get the front desk. It’s always a different person you talking to and they must be working from home.
No direct line to the front desk. My mother wants them removed so its was just a waste. How you got two different people doing implants. It’s like they training on your mouth. Who does this???like he does half and then you have a lady dentist do the rest. Asking can you handle the rest smh.
This business not even BBB approved because it can’t pass the qualifications to be a good business.
I WISH I COULD HAVE SEEN THESE REVIEW BEFORE I LET MY MOTHER GO.. SMH
RUN FAST. CHANGING YOUR NAME WAS A RED FLAG 🚩🚩
Do not go to this dental office if you want genuine dental care and services. They don’t care about the patients all they care about is the money. I went here in a lot of pain and this is a location my coverage says is in network. When I got there they checked my teeth then told me to wait in the waiting area. Then someone else called me into another office to tell me it will cost $10,000+ to do work on my teeth because I’m not covered. I only went in there for a root canal. When I asked how much just for the root canal I was told about 3000. I told them my insurance says I’m in network they then told me it will take a month or more to verify if my insurance will cover everything. Take my advice run.
There's only 1 dental hygienist & an assistant that is stellar. Everyone else including front desk and the dentist ls are horrible. They will cancel your appts, ask for payments then have you waiting 3 hrs to be serviced and not check you in. The dentist stabbed my mouth and joked saying he forgot I had a cheek. Run
The financial advisors if that's their correct title, is totally unprofessional. Came their office for a toothache and was told I need a root canal (2) a something else. The man told me an estimate of $7000. I told him my insurance covers it in full. Mind you, this dental is in my network. The other lady, so nasty. Even had an attitude with my dental provider only to be told my dentist is in network but the "specialty dentist is "out of network " Should've said that in the beginning. How you expect your patients to know who and what is out of network when your office is listed as in network? Problem unsolved and left still in pain and untreated. The dentist and the dental assistant was very polite and professional. But those " advisors" need to learn some customer service skills or find other employment.
