I'm not usually one to write google reviews, but I was blown away at how informative and helpful Dr. Dolgas was. I have been to countless people for my jaw issues in the past, and none have been able to tell me what the problem was. Dr. Dolgas took the time to do countless physical exam tests, a CT with a 3D rendering, as well as a 3D image of my teeth & jaw alignment. He repeatedly asked if I had any questions after explaining each thing, and for each of my questions gave me a thorough explanation, even with models to help me visualize. He even pointed out issues that he saw with my CT that didn't relate to my jaw at all! I was given a treatment plan with many options, but even before I start the treatment I am just ecstatic that he listened, was able to diagnose my problem, and explained EXACTLY how it worked. Thank you so so much.

Dr. Dolgos is a true lifesaver! After delivering my second child, I developed postpartum anxiety which led to TMJ from constant jaw clenching and grinding. My bite felt so uneven and drove me literally nuts. I called Buffalo TMJ as a new patient and they had me come in immediately. Dr. Dolgos spent so much time with me developing a treatment plan and answering all of my questions. He never once gave up on me and kept trying new methods (creating multiple appliances/Botox) until I finally found relief. His wonderful staff has been so accommodating in working around my busy schedule and scheduling immediate emergency appointments. It took several months, but I am finally at a point where my bite feels even, and I can chew all foods again! I still experience jaw pain from time to time, but I have the much needed tools to give my jaw relief. Thank you so very much, Dr. Dolgos, and all of your wonderful staff, for your endless patience, understanding, and kindness! Dr Dolgos is the best Dentist I’ve ever had ! He is patient, kind, so smart and does everything he can to save and repair teeth. I was told I needed so many root canals and extractions by previous dentists but Dr Dolgos did everything he could to fix my teeth in a conservative fashion! He is honest and puts everything he has into helping his patients. His values and compassion for patients is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced! His staff is very kind and welcoming and Dr Dolgos is also a very cool guy and he always makes me feel comfortable and makes me laugh! Not many dentist offices do you feel comfortable or laugh much ! I had been suffering from headaches and pain in my face, ears and temples for about 8 years. I had been to many doctors including one other TMJ specialist, none of which were able to help me alleviate the pain. I finally found Dr. Dolgos a few years ago and the change is incredible! I'm no longer in pain on a daily basis and it has improved my life like I never thought possible. I would highly recommend seeing him!

Very bad TMJ clinic, they charge us 220$ just to tell my mom be patient the pain will go away soon. Dr dolgos did not even prescribe my mom any medication or anything to help her with her pain. It was very useless visit to his clinic.
