Dr. Cecere is an amazing doctor and treats his patients with the utmost care. Lauramarie is so kind and efficient. This office is one of the best to deal with in all aspects from the doctor to the practice manager. So happy to have them as a caregiver.
The doctor is great! The doctors was a raight forward, honest and was concerned enough to call me and follow up over the weekend when I was having issues. I went to the Abbott Rd office and the staff there was nice: the other reviews said the staff was rude, not sure if this was a diffeeent offic or old staff but everyone was welcoming and I had no problem getting an appointment.
Dr. Cecere is the best oral surgeon!! Very gentle and he and his staff are very knowledgeable and informative. I would recommend him to anyone.
I just left this office in utter disbelief at the unprofessionalism that I just witnessed WHILE MY DAUGHTER WAS IN THE CHAIR nervous and anxious for what was a wisdom oral surgery procedure that was scheduled BACK in SEPTEMBER. AFTER having TWO of my children previously have wisdom teeth extracted with Dr. Cecere AND being a DENTAL ASSISTANT FOR OVER 23 yrs I felt bypassing a consultation while my daughter attends school OUT OF TOWN was the best and effective way to get this scheduled. GIVEN the current blizzard it was in question if this was even going to happen. WE MADE IT, however because I questioned an almost $400 co pay that was never mentioned (or paid for my other 2 children )in our 4 previous phone conversation with the front desk , RIGHT AWAY was received with combativeness and MATTER OF FACT comments from front desk. Appointment for 8:15 got in the actual room at 8:45 being TOLD IMMEDIATELY by the oral surgeon , he had NO TIME for us or my ONE question. While we were EARLY for the appointment, HE WAS LATE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE WHILE THE PATIENT ( my daughter) was in the chair. N STAFF MAKING AN EXTRA EFFORT TO LISTEN IN ON THE CONVERSATION outside of the room. I spoke to another oral surgery office RIGHT AFTER in disbelief n was told “ THEY HAVE HEARD PLENTY OF UNPROFESSIONAL STORIES BEFORE ABOUT DR. Cecere “ I have worked in private practice my entire career and CURRENTLY work at the UNIVERSITY OF BUFFALO Supervisor of the EMERGENCY CLINIC WITHIN THE SCHOOL. I have made MANY recommendations to this practice and am in UTTER DISGUST at our treatment today. I will make this known and will NOT make ANYMORE recommendations to THIS practice. Very disappointed and OFFENDED. Now my daughter has a HORRIBLE dental experience because of lack of professional patient care. I will be making the ethics council/ethics chair for the eighth district dental society AWARE about what transpired today and how patients are being treated.
I went twice and never been seen. The receptionist customer service skills are awful! They have a blurry screen that’s very unwelcoming that’s always closed to cover the receptionist area. My x-rays were transfered days before my appointment and when I arrived the receptionist was so mean and said they never received anything. I wanted to get dental implants there but after my experience I don’t want nothing to do with them
