I had a phenomenal experience at Celebrity Dental. The place is clean, neat, and tidy. It seems like they are keeping and following Covid 19 protocol and guidelines as far as distancing and cleanliness. The front desk was super prompt and helpful in taking care of me. Their work is exceptional. I’m extremely satisfied with their service over all.

Third time here and it's always the same. Rude receptionist, 3hr wait for a 5 min service. They don't respect the lines, they take people that pay in cash first. I always give places a chance, but definitely never coming back here. Only giving 3 stars because the oral surgeon was great.

1 Star (Only Because I Can’t Give Zero) This place is a complete mess, unprofessional, disorganized, and a total waste of time. I had an appointment scheduled for 11:30 AM and wasn’t seen until after 4:40 PM — nearly 5 hours of waiting. And the worst part? This isn’t even unusual for them. They don’t follow appointment times at all. Instead, they operate like a walk-in clinic, serving patients in whatever order they feel like, not based on appointments. They let you schedule like it’s a regular office, but appointments mean absolutely nothing here. It’s just a way to get your name in the system. On top of that, they allow people to leave the office, go home, or run errands, and then call them to come back when it’s their turn. This creates complete confusion and unfairness. Some people literally leave and come back hours later — and instead of losing their spot, they get called in and seen right away, while others (like me) who have been sitting there the whole time are still waiting. There’s no communication, no updates, and no explanation from the staff, not even a basic apology. Just a chaotic waiting room full of confused and frustrated patients. It’s extremely disrespectful to everyone’s time. The only positive was that the doctor seemed professional once I was finally seen. But that doesn’t make up for the awful management and total lack of respect for patients. Bottom Line: If you value your time, respect, and a functioning appointment system , go somewhere else. This place is not worth the stress, confusion, or the wait. One star is generous.

My mother had the worst experience with this dental clinic. After waiting to be seen, the office manager came out to the waiting area and told my mother that her X-rays on file determine that she will need to be seen by the specialist Dr Swanson, who will be in the following Sunday which is today 8/18/24. Again she waited to be seen by this doctor but today she waited a total of 5 hours to be seen. Once she went in the doctor “reviewed” the same X-rays on file and told my mother she has to be seen at another site by different specialist as he will be unable to help her. My mother spent her whole day waiting to be seen for an emergency case of dental implant repair and was sent with referral and a photocopy of her X-rays . It is brutal service to a patient who spent the day hungry, worried, anxious and most of hopeful to be treated with the respect and care she very much deserves as an individual and patient . Please think twice about going to Celebrity Dental located on 207th street. Their location , waiting room furniture is deplorable. Stains on the seats , no functioning water dispenser and rude staff but most of all a doctor who does not care about code of ethics and integrity for his patients . ”

I hate to leave a negative review but this was not a good experience. The staff is nice, but the teeth cleaning is terrible. The power tools weren’t working very well and after a light brush the dentist said I was good to go. I had to ask a couple more times to get a deeper clean and explain where the plaque was. I’m not sure if it’s a lack of care or inexperience, but my teeth were about the same as when I went in. If you don’t really care about a thorough cleaning this place is fine, but if you value your teeth and want a very deep clean go elsewhere. Again, the staff is very nice but it doesn’t make up for leaving a dentist appointment with a bunch of plaque in your mouth.
