Customer Reviews
Dr. Cheng was very friendly and professional. He personally did both the cleaning and the exam. He was thorough, answered my questions clearly, and never felt pushy or tried to sell me on unnecessary procedures. Overall a great, comfortable experience and a welcome contrast to some older negative reviews.
Been patient of Dr. Cheng for almost 20 years. He is great and I recommend him to everyone. Not sure why there are bad reviews. My appointments are always on time with little to no wait and he has taken me when I had emergencies with no problem.
At first I liked the service when I did the cleaning.
Came here for the second time for a filling. The doctor was different.old man. He was very passive aggressive. There was no pain, everything was fine, but his communication with clients is very pressing. As if we get hurt or show a whim, he will refuse further work.
As a result, when the anesthesia passed, I realized that the seal was not aligned and my jaw did not close completely.
I couldn't sleep all night. In the afternoon I came for correction, but I waited a very long time and they treated me as if I had come to beg.
This dentistry is terrible.
The front desk lady is unethical and rude and I do not recommend this dentist. I have been seeing this dentist for the last 5 years. Didn't see the dentist the last two years because of the pandemic. The first 3 years, I was never asked to pay copayment or any money, because I have insurance. My insurance changed and I made an appointment to see the dentist. The rude receptionist told me there is a copayment of $30 and teeth cleaning is additional $30, so in total $60. I told her, there shouldn't be any copayment. I even called the insurance to make sure, and it was confirmed. I didn't know they are not in network with my insurance anymore and the receptionist never told me, and just I trusted them, because I have been seeing this dentist for the last few years. I asked her, Why didn't you tell me? She says they were never in network, that is why she asked for additional money to compensate for the low pay out. You never asked for the first 3 years. You mentioned it was copayment just recently. She changed her story and said she never used the word copayment, which is a lie. l have been seeing this dentist for these years and was never ask to pay for any money. She did tell me and kept saying she never used the word copayment. I told my mom and she even said that dentist is evil and also tried to extort money from her. Fair warning. This place is unethical and please stay away.
The worst services in the world stay away from this office, they are not professional, they are rude and they work very badly! Even though you pay with your money or if they do a good job of you. Of course, the doctor is the one I am talking about, her work is not professional and all she wants is to get paid and leave the patients. I will report these to the health department! If I could give it 0 stars, I would give it to them for being irresponsible, they do a bad job and they don't want to answer for it. They have no ethics!
