The expertise at Choice 1 Dental is delivered by a skilled team of dental professionals, including experienced dentists, hygienists, and compassionate support staff. While specific doctor biographies are not publicly detailed, the practice emphasizes continuous education and training, ensuring the team is proficient in the latest advancements in dentistry. Their specialization in providing a full spectrum of care—from routine cleanings and fillings to more complex procedures like root canals, crowns, and cosmetic enhancements—means patients can build a long-term dental home without needing to be referred elsewhere for common treatments.

A key differentiator for the practice is its transparent and patient-friendly approach to financial matters. They work with a wide array of dental insurance plans and offer flexible financing options, including third-party payment plans, to make essential and elective dental care accessible. This financial flexibility, combined with a non-judgmental and understanding attitude, removes significant barriers to care. Furthermore, their commitment to the Amherst community extends beyond the office walls, as they actively engage in local events and prioritize building lasting relationships with families and individuals.

In essence, Choice 1 Dental is more than just a dental office; it is a healthcare partner dedicated to excellence. By combining cutting-edge technology, a comprehensive range of services, a fervent focus on patient comfort and education, and a transparent financial policy, they have created a model of dental care that puts the patient's needs, choices, and well-being first. They got me in for x-rays and an initial appointment in the same day, and my cleaning was a week away from that first appointment. Great service and they did an amazing job. Will definitely come back.

Please don’t read these reviews and get scared, these reviews are terrible, this office is so fast and efficient with everything they have done so far, very friendly and clean! Super quick!! I had a wisdom tooth pulled and some fillings and I am so thankful for the work that has been done! It is so hard to find a dentist that will take state insurance and they did with no issue

I WISHHHH I would have read the reviews before I came here. after searching tirelessly for a dentist who takes me insurance I finally found this one who could get me in relatively quick. I now understand why.... everyone else is to afraid to or read the reviews prior to coming. I originally came here because I stupidly pulled my glove off my hand with my teeth while working and broke my tooth. so I have been walking around looking like an idiot with no front tooth. all I wanted was another tooth. i go in and she tells me in order to get the tooth I had to have my OTHER front tooth pulled as well or else insurance won't cover it. so I Went against my instinct to not get it pulled because I trusted that she wasn't gonna lie to me. Literally balling my eyes out like a child on the way home because now I have no front teeth for the rest of my life. so then I go for the next visit and she tells me NOW my wisdom teeth have to come out. I informed her that that they didn't hurt and I wanted to keep them for now. But she tells me "she doesn't make the rules insurance will not cover it unless they come out" mind you in 35 years old. if they were gonna be an issue they would already be hurting me, im fairly certain I'm not going to be growing any more. Before she could extract them at the next appointment I called my insurance provider who told me that the parcial had already been approved and that there were no stipulations that NO OTHER TEETH EXTRACTIONS had to be done in order to get a partial. so I told her at the next appointment that I would not be getting my wisdom teeth out I just want the partial. She tells me no she won't do it unless they come out, I got so angry that she lied to me I took off the protector and left. so nowwww I'm stuck with 2 missing front teeth and have to find a new dentist that cares about the actual needs and wants of the patient and doesn't only care about her bottom line. Not only that but I come to find out that she tried to get approval for another tooth to come out and my insurance flat out denied the request and said no the tooth can just be filled. So I'm questioning even if any teeth had to be removed other then the one that was broke. My girlfried who takes absolute miraculous care of her teeth went in as well and was also told she had to get like 5 teeth pulled!! and went through with it!! which were both questioning if any of the teeth actually had to come out considering we were lied to about the insurance prerequisite to covering things. DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE YOU GO HERE, n judging by the offices responses to the 17 (yes 17!!!)other 1 star reviews I'm sure I'll receive as well trying to smooth things over. you can save it, you flat out lied to me and then refused to give me front teeth. they should take your license and close your office and never ever ever let you use the title of doctor ever again.
