Dental 365 Madison is wonderful. Dr. Chen is great. Always explains what he is doing and makes you feel comfortable each step of the way.
I had an older tooth covering removed that was no longer sealed well. Dr. Chen needed to go a little deeper but remained gentle as performed the procedure. The attempt is to avoid a root canal. Of course some discomfort after the local anesthetic wore off but nothing that OTC Advil and Tylenol couldn’t handle.
The next day I was pain free with the temporary and the discomfort from the older tooth covering was erased.
The Hygienist and the front desk staff such a pleasure.
I can honestly say from the moment I called to find out if this dentist office took my insurance and from the moment I walked out and left my appointment everyone was so nice and helpful. It’s a really nice office as well. They made me feel so comfortable which is so hard to find nowadays , I am going to make this my new dentist office and my insurance is not even in network.
I’m not even out of the building but I wanted to leave a good review asap because the staff here is so kind and knowledgeable. It is so important to make people feel comfortable and I am grateful!
