First time I went there. Everyone from the receptionist to the dentist and everyone in between was absolutely wonderful. The dentist has a lovely, gentle, but firm touch. He explained everything and gave me options. He submitted my needed claims, even though my insurance usually turns some of the items down. Just an all over great experience!

I was very happy with my visit from start (making appointment) to finish- meeting with dentist- Dr Kim- he was very thorough with explaining my issues- in between- the assistant - very professional- and hygienist - gentle yet thorough- I will definitely return in 6 months for my next cleaning

There are not enough words to express my heartfelt thanks to Dr. Papando!! He is beyond amazing, Professional, with a comforting heart. He always makes my experience wonderful especially after today with what was a very big procedure for me. I am grateful to the wonderful staff as well as being so professional and caring, and I want to thank all of you.❤️

I decided to try this dentist office although they were out of network but to my surprise Dr Kim was AMAZING. Although he was recommended to me as "I liked him" ....in my opinion he was impressive. And I can be very hard to please. It is the first dentist I have seen in a long time that didn't have his hands in my pocket sort of speak. He was genuinely interested in the health of my teeth and addressed all my concerns. I didn't feel rushed, but rather felt like he CARED. I was also surprised he cleaned my teeth, not sure if this was typical or they were short staffed OR this was my lucky day because it honestly was the best cleaning I think I've ever had in my life. There were 1 or 2 other memorable cleanings but it's been years. Thank you Dr. Kim and City Dental Group. I would also like to mention the other staff at the front desk were very kind.

I'm very impressed with this dental office. Nowadays, it is hard to trust the recommendations of most practices in Manhattan. Dr. Papando was frank, informative, and truly interested in my best care. He listened to me squarely, made great recommendations, was open to working within the parameters of my insurance coverage, and seemed genuinely wise in his professional capacity. The other staff members were very competent and professional, too. What a find.
