Customer Reviews
Nice, quiet, laid back dental office. Not over-crowded or noisy like some. Many years of experience and she does outstanding work! The office manager is so friendly and welcoming! Everyone there is excellent and will not make you feel overwhelmed! 😁
I was greeted by a very amazing receptionist soon as i walked through the door. (Megan) Everything went smooth i definitely recommend this dentist office.
I'll give doctor Gordon 3 stars. Like one of the other reviewers said, she is very heavy handed. Another reviewer pointed out that the entire staff other than the dentist was very nice and professional, that's also true. However, getting your dental work done by her can be very painful, I was willing to look past that because I needed several fillings. She got them done over the course of about 4 visits, however they were very rough and jagged and fell out from flossing. It's a good place to go if you're in a pinch but I wouldn't recommend. 5 years later I need more dental work and won't be going back there but at least the wait isn't ever long.
Colleen was very rough with my mouth- tugging and pulling on my cheeks while checking my teeth to make a plan. She was also yelling and making degrading comments at her assistant the whole time she was looking in my mouth- telling her that she needs to start doing things the way she wants things done. Not sure if she was having a bad day but first impressions are everything. I never returned and transferred all my records to a different office. The other staff members were very nice and gentle though- the only reason this isn't a one star review.
First of all, the Caucasian woman in the picture, I've personally never seen before! The woman who worked on me was, yes nice, but a big woman who rolled around the office on a chair with wheels, no not a wheelchair... She never stood up or walked anywhere and was really big... Not that it matters but i should've realised how lazy she was but that observance alone. She literally pulled my wisdom tooth out with pliers and i was screaming my face off!!! She hurt me so bad! My wedding day was in three days and i went looking like i had one side of my mouth full of food, it was so swollen. My face wouldn't move and my pictures look like I'm not sure about marrying my husband. I cried... The one day of my life where a smile counts, i was robbed of. Worst dentistry by far!!! I stopped going there immediately after... This hole in the wall doesn't even have enough money for proper x-rays... She screamed at her assistant because she took twopictures of my tooth instead of one. I felt bad for the lady myself. Very unprofessional and just wants the insurance money without properly taking care of her patients.
