Customer Reviews
My appointments were prompt. Everyone I met there was polite and friendly. The service was great. The space itself, the building and the various offices on that floor are clean and new and well designed. I felt like I was allowed to ask questions and they were answered thoroughly. They cared about whether I was comfortable during the procedure. I just thought it was all around terrific.
Dr. McKenzie is incredibly thoughtful and attentive. He always takes the time to listen to all of my concerns and provides clear and understandable guidance. He never rushes through appointments and makes sure I understand everything that's going on with my oral health. He's cosmetic work is AMAZING and he's given me the smile I've always wanted!
Top notch facility! The staff and doctors are all so professional & caring. Dr. Newgard is definitely one of the best - never pushing unnecessary treatments always there to give exactly what isn’t needed to ea h patient. So happy to have them be a part of my care team!
I came to this clinic for a second opinion regarding a complication I had after major oral surgery few years ago, which has been causing me significant physical and emotional distress. I chose a specific surgeon because they were in my insurance's network and I accepted the fact that I had to pay out of pocket for the prosthodontist.
I waited for an hour and 15 minutes for what was supposed to be my second appointment with the surgeon here while the billing specialist was on the phone with my insurance, which had apparently denied the claim for my first appointment. After talking to the billing specialist, it looked like I might not be able to continue with the surgeon (who had yet to even discuss the treatment plan with me directly). I had seen the prosthodontist about a week before this appointment and he gave me an outline of my treatment plan, and I agreed to pay for a temporary denture.
During this 1 hr plus of me sitting in the waiting area, the surgeon couldn't even be bothered to come out of the office for 10 seconds to say something like "Hey, it looks like we can't continue your treatment here. Good luck/Sorry." No further communication was received from this dr.
I am also unable to use the denture that I paid 1200 dollars for, and the clinic has yet to refund me. To top it all, I might have to pay 1000 for the first appointment with the surgeon if my insurance will not agree to cover that visit. Bottom line: I have achieved NOTHING other than finding out that my previous treatment was inadequate, and I might end up almost 3000$ in minus.
Do not bother coming here for any major issue, or one that requires your doctors to have some shred of empathy.
I arrived at my appointment on time, waited for over 30 minutes - no sign of the dentist. I had to go back to work, so could not continue to wait. I was told my the front desk that "if I did not have time to wait, then I shouldn't book the appointment" and "they cannot predict when the dentist will be available as appointments run long." Literally what is the point of scheduling a specific time then?
