I would give this CVS a 💯 stars if I could. I would like to especially thank the pharmacy staff, they have treated me with such attentiveness and respect. The front of house staff is equally a pleasure to deal with. I left my phone at the self-checkout counter and a staff member saved it for me. I am forever grateful and would highly recommend this CVS. ❤️

•Store is located conveniently near my hotel. They have the basic items and mostly health and beauty goods. •Was looking for grip socks; none but they do have compression ones. •I was able to buy my protein bars and some chocolate snacks from this CVS. •Helpful staff.

Visited this CVS today in Manhattan and was extremely disappointed. The store was disheveled, not properly stocked, and not very clean. Staff were not helpful or particularly pleasant. I was rushing to catch a train otherwise I wouldn’t have shopped here. What made it more surprising was that I’m accustomed to CVS locations in Florida and other southern states, and this was a shock by comparison. You’d expect a New York City location to be much better stocked and nicely kept, but this store was not even up to par with the level of care and cleanliness I’ve seen and become accustomed to at the CVS in Florida.

I’ve consistently had horrible experiences at this CVS, but today was by far the WORST. I received a notification through the app saying my prescription was ready for pickup, so I stopped by ahead of a flight. When I arrived, I checked in with the pharmacist who initially told me my insurance didn’t work. After about 10 minutes of waiting, she informed me that it actually did work and asked me to sit to the side while she “worked on it.” I waited patiently for about 30 minutes without being called. When I finally got back in line to ask politely for an update, she had no idea who I was and had clearly forgotten about me. She asked me to sit and wait again. About 10 minutes later, she finally called me over, only to tell me the medication was actually out of stock. I ended up spending nearly an hour there for nothing. The lack of communication, organization, and basic follow-through was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Please do better.

It's hard to find anything that works in this store. Picking up a prescription? There's always 20+ people in line and only 1 staff member working (and the new self-service screens are useless because you still have to wait for that 1 staff member to physically hand you the prescription). Checking out? There's no one at the register and most self-checkout machines are out of service. Need help? You press the in-aisle customer service button then wait 15+ minutes (if anyone shows up at all). Dropping off expired medication? The disposal bin is always full. Calling the store? No one answers the phone. Need something specific? Products are constantly out of stock. Overall, this place feels chronically understaffed, poorly managed, and completely unreliable. A total mess.
