Had an amazing experience here today! Everyone was super friendly, the wait wasn't too long and the dentist himself was lovely! He was personable, warm, quick and professional. His assistant was also sweet and friendly. He constantly made sure I was comfortable and I was in and out in under an hour. My best dental experience ever! Thanks!

Unprofessional and incompetent. Incorrectly placed dental hardware, and when it loosened & became mobile decided to schedule multiple appts over a few weeks to use a dental mallet to try and dislodge it. It is as medieval and awful as it sounds. My OMFS was horrified & thankfully got me into a brilliant dentist to try and remedy all the issues caused by this one. Also, greeting an adult patient by bopping them on the head with their chart is bizarre behaviour & strongly discouraged.

The receptionist is very unpleasant on the phone. Tried to get an appointment for tomorrow , they have an option for one doctor but because I'm not he's patient they don't have an appointment.... so I just looked for a new doctor. No common since and lost a customer
