The DN Family Dental Care staff and Doctors are great! While visiting the practice, I could tell they sincerely care about their patients. The staff work tirelessly to help all who come in. They’re truly genuine and helpful. I would highly recommend their practice to all.
Love the staff and dentists. Dr. Sanchez makes every experience look very nice and easy. They follow up to confirm appointments well ahead of time. They are thorough with their explanations for procedures, what is and is not covered with your insurance. No surprises. My entire family and I really appreciate their care and attention for more than 10 years.
The best dental care I had. Everyone is very nice. I feel very comfortable and relaxed with the Doctors. They make me feel confident. The staff is very professional. I recommend this place to my family and friends. Thank you so much.
Today, I decided to leave this provider. It wasn't my first time spending a long time waiting to see the dentist. I kept track. I was called in 50 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Once seated, I did get x-rays done within 10 minutes, but waited 30 more minutes before the dentist came in and asked for 5 more minutes. After obliging, someone else (not the dentist) came in to review my x-rays and clean my teeth. After the appointment, I went to the front to find the waiting area empty and lights off. So everyone who was waiting after me was seen. This is not the most respectful way to treat a patient. Best of luck to them though. Hope they learn from losing this patient.
The receptionist and the person that run the insurance look like they have personal problems and they don't know how to separate work and personal problems, very rude to customers, always have a face like you come to ask them for money, they don't understand that if we don't come for service they dont have a job. They don't tell your copay when they call you to confirm appointments 😒 expect you to know the insurances. Like what is they job to run and inform the patient the coverage and copay.
