The experience was great. I felt welcomed and treated like family. Jeremy and Rosie, the workers at the front desk, are very welcoming. They treat patients with tremendous dignity and respect. Dr.Almanzar is such a great and helpful dentist. I definitely would recommend this office. I look forward to future appointments.
The best dental clinic in the entire Bronx—excellent service... the ladies are so friendly! If you’re looking for a gentle touch—someone who ensures you feel no pain and makes you feel comfortable and safe—Dr. B is the one; she is the best.
When I first came to Dental Group I had my doubts in continuing as a patient but today sealed it in dealing with Dr. Bee, she's doen to eart and makes you comfortable and she made my mouth look and feel like I was not in a local dentist but I was made a priority as a star. Thank you all for helping to create a smile that will knock people off their feet.
The receptionist was really helpful and nice he made me feel very comfortable for trying out a different dentist location :)
I went for my first visit and was greeted well, place was nice and clean. I was told I needed work and that my insurance wasnt going to cover it the assistant was so quick to pressure me to apply for a cherry program (financing) she insisted for me to apply and I told her I had no service she was so desperate for me to apply that she even offered to go to the staircase with me and fill it out! She stood right there. I felt so pressured and forced to apply without even giving me time to think. So unprofessional, every person that was being seen she was trying to offer something desperately. Then all they kept doing was talking Spanish, just because someone has a Spanish last name doesn’t mean they speak it. I feel like they were talking about me. I had high hopes for this office. I will rather take my well earned money to a place where I don’t feel I’m being forced or pressured.
