I had a wonderful experience at this oral surgery clinic in the Bronx. Even though I arrived late due to traveling from Brooklyn, the staff was incredibly understanding and still accommodated us. My daughter had all four of her wisdom teeth removed, and the entire process went smoothly. The oral surgeon was professional, caring, and took the time to make us feel comfortable and informed. The staff was equally pleasant, friendly, and attentive from start to finish. They showed genuine concern for my daughter’s well-being and made what could have been a stressful experience much easier. I truly appreciate the kindness, patience, and excellent care we received. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of oral surgery services. Thank you to the entire team for such a positive experience!

I have to say, pretty good! I didn't wait long, less than a half hour after my paperwork was filled out, the procedure and post procedure results are great, no pain during, and I now have a bottle of Ibuprofen I don't need because there's been no pain after. The 4 star rating is because there was no alcohol swab of the area before injection, which is the first time ever that a medical office didn't do that, as well as a little bruising of the injection area. I personally don't care, I'm absolutely fine, but others might and it's worth noting. Still, bang-up job, I'm satisfied!

Experience overall was ok. Receptionist was clean and the workers were nice. I just didn’t like how my appt was at 8am. The doctor wasn’t there yet. When he got there he check out my teeth seen and suggested what needed to come out. Another thing is that they didn’t put me to sleep. They gave me some medicine that makes u high and he got straight to it. I Hurd the cracking and felt the tugging.

I took my daughter to this office because her pediatric dentist referred us here, assuring me that they specialized in treating children and that they would put her down to sleep so she would not feel pain or become traumatized by dental procedures. Unfortunately, our experience was the complete opposite. From the beginning, the nurses were very kind and explained the procedure to me. Everything seemed fine until the doctor came in. Without any warning, he grabbed my daughter’s arm and inserted an IV needle into her vein. My daughter immediately started crying and screaming because she was scared and clearly in pain. The doctor simply said, “That’s normal, it burns,” and then asked me to leave the room. As a mother, I felt extremely uncomfortable leaving while my child was crying hysterically, but they insisted that I step outside. About two minutes later, a nurse came out and told me they were done. When I picked up my daughter, she was still crying uncontrollably. Once we got home, my daughter begged me never to take her back there again. She told me they held her hands and feet down very forcefully while removing her tooth. Hearing that completely broke my heart. On top of that, the area where they inserted the IV bled a lot afterward, and later a large bump formed on her arm. My daughter says it happened because they were holding her down too tightly during the procedure. I understand that working with children can sometimes be difficult, but that is exactly why parents expect patience, compassion, and proper care when treating a child. Instead of making her feel safe, this experience left my daughter terrified and traumatized. There were also adult patients there that day, and they came out looking completely sedated and out of it, which is honestly how I expected my daughter to come out if she had actually been properly sedated. I asked my daughter afterward if they had even put anything on her teeth or properly numbed her, and she said no. Honestly, I believe her because the entire procedure lasted less than two minutes. I would not recommend this place for pediatric dental treatment.

The assistant was great. Very sweet and patient. I was promised to go completely under and that didn't happen. I felt everything. I was sedated but I was the last one so I guess at that point everyone was rushing to end the day and that's exactly how I was treated by the Dentist who removed my wisdom tooth. He spoke way to quickly. He was even a little rude. He jumped out of one tiny room and jumped right into the tiny room I was in. He has a light complexion. Very young looking (maybe 30). Slim, short, and rude. The waiting area...we were like cattle in there. I never want to go there again. The pharmacist across the street from the place was much more helpful with post care information. Thank God for him. I'm healing nicely, so far, because of the kind, compassionate , patient, and well explained pharmacist. The receptionists at the front desk were honest and I appreciated that. I was told the front desk girls were rude but that was not the experience I had with them.
