I had a great experience at my braces appointment. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. They explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. I appreciate the care and attention they gave me. Overall, I was very satisfied with my visit and would recommend them to others.

Tanya was great she explained the treatment plan, our options. Staff was friendly and welcoming, consultation along with X-ray’s was all done in office in under an hour. Highly recommend.
Wonderful office. Employees are so kind and informative. Manager helped me understand the financial process on what to expect. Dr schwalb is one of my favorite Doctors. He's very funny and laid back. Such a great orthodontist. I also had pleasure of being bonded by Doctor Hu. Very nice and she got me bonded right away. I will recommend 👌 Norwood / River Plaza to anyone looking to start their journey with braces.
All of the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They made sure to thoroughly explain the process of getting braces as an adult with my specific teeth. They discussed the price of everything as well as payment options! I was able to get my braces the same day and the whole process was less than 30 minutes!!!! So glad I came to this location 10/10!
I absolutely love love love diamond braces. The staff are so friendly & I always go with my baby & they watch her as I’m getting treated lol.
