Update. Continue to be the best! This is the best place that opened. They are very helpful and meet the needs of individuals without trying to over charge or push an opinion. They are very detailed with their explanation from beginning to end.

Dr Schen and Layda are the best, made me feel safe and gave me a take home kit for my braces. I recommend to come here for braces.
This office is a disgrace to dental care. They have completely messed up my teeth and now refuse to fix the damage they caused. The customer service is appalling, and the Fordham location is run with zero professionalism or organization.
They have employees who don’t even speak English trying to work on patients, pulling on teeth with no care or communication, and no licensed doctor actually supervising. They claim my doctor is Dr. Oleg Drut, yet I have never once seen or met that man. Instead, you’re treated by whoever happens to be available that day, regardless of their qualifications.
They also have a habit of canceling appointments on the same day, wasting your time and showing no respect for their patients’ schedules. When I tried to get my medical records, they refused even after three phone calls and an in-person visit.
My sister also paid thousands of dollars out of pocket for her braces, only for them to ruin her teeth as well. This place is unsafe, unprofessional, and completely negligent. I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone. They should be investigated and shut down before more people get hurt
