I received a referral from Kayanne and she helped me get a quick appointment and told me needs to knows. This location was clean, fast and had great service. As I walked in I was greeted promptly and I did not wait to be seen. I was able to get all my scans and pictures done very quickly. I sat with Shadae and she explained everything step by step and went over the financial part. Shadae was very thorough and kind enough to answer all questions. Dr. Schwalb came in right after and further explained the process, he looked at my scans and gave a detailed timeline. He was super nice, and friendly to my daughter and seemed like an expert in his field. I was able to fill out all paper work and my prescription was sent for be to obtain my first set of liners. Overall the process was very seamless and they didn’t pack on a whole bunch of non explainable fees. Can’t wait to start my Invisalign process!
I had a good experience the doctor and nurse (Alexandra) who put my braces on was awesome! Super kind, patient, and made the whole thing way less stressful than I expected. They explained everything as she went and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Really appreciate how easy she made the experience!
I had an amazing experience for my first visit. The office is very clean and the staff is very friendly! Shadae was very polite, informative and helpful. She explained the process ahead of the doctor speaking with me. Dr. Schwarb re- explained the process in more detail of what to expect and answer all of my questions and concerns. Kayanne- who was also very polite and helpful - followed up with explaining additional aftercare instructions and answered additional questions that may not have been clear. Overall, I definitely recommend this office for your orthodontic needs !
Just had my consultation and Shadae was amazing! She was patient to walk me through all my options. Highly recommend them! 11/4 - just came to get my braces on and the doctor and Alexandra were beyond amazing. She was patient and explained everything thoroughly. Can’t thank them enough.
Very disappointed in customer service. I was gonna become a patient and called customer service to ask if the price between locations within Nyc would be different to understand if I wanna go to a location in Manhattan or in Brooklyn and the customer service associate kept telling me that the only way I can get an answer to that is by making an appointment and a consultation. In 2025 there should be transparency In pricing. Especially if I’m not asking about the price but just asking if there is a difference in price between locations.
