I have been a patient for many years and the customer service is 10/10 the staff are very friendly and professional, the dentist assistants ( Ana and Victoria) are so sweet. Every time I go to the office I feel so welcome. If you have any questions or concerns you can talk to Dr. Esperanza and she will listen to you, she will make sure that you get the proper care and treatment.
I have to admit, I’m deathly afraid of the dentist, but Dr. Rodriguez made me feel completely comfortable. She explained everything in detail and was very gentle. I’m so glad my neighbor recommended her.
I was very impressed with their professionalism and competence. How on earth is this incredible practice in the Bronx? I am still in shock at how quickly they gave me an appointment, and how fast they attended me on site. I mean... I can't stop smiling. Can't wait to go back!
10/10 the workers are so nice and make you feel comfortable. The dentist was the best. Definitely returning.
My favorite Doctor ever She has been my doctor for almost 20 years. I think she is a humanitarian, lovely, and truly cares for others. I love her.
