About

Dr. Falguni Patel is a distinguished board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist renowned for her expertise in cosmetic and functional gynecology, anti-aging medicine, and integrative wellness approaches. Practicing at the specified address of 563 W 169th St, New York, NY 10032, she brings over 25 years of dedicated service to women's health, blending traditional OB/GYN care with innovative aesthetic and holistic treatments. A graduate of the prestigious Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in Manhattan, New York, in 1998, Dr. Patel completed her internship at Hahnemann MCP University Hospital in 1999 and her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at UMDNJ/Robert Wood Johnson Hospital in 2002. Since achieving board certification from the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2003, she has meticulously maintained her credentials, establishing herself as a leader in pediatric and adolescent gynecology as well.[1][2][4] Dr. Patel's professional journey reflects a profound commitment to patient-centered care, rooted in her belief that true health and wellness begin from within, fostering happiness and contentment in both mind and body. This philosophy inspired her to launch her solo practice at the Rejuvenate Center for Medical Aesthetics & Wellness, where she shifted from conventional gynecology to a comprehensive model that addresses the whole person—starting with internal health and extending outward to aesthetic enhancements.[1][2] Her mission is to empower women to achieve optimal well-being through integrative medicine, combining evidence-based treatments with cutting-edge cosmetic procedures. This holistic approach sets her apart, as she conducts a thorough analysis of each patient's physical, emotional, and lifestyle factors before tailoring personalized plans. Unlike traditional OB/GYN practices that focus solely on reproductive health, Dr. Patel's unique value proposition lies in her subspecialty expertise in anti-aging medicine and cosmetic gynecology, offering functional solutions for intimate wellness alongside aesthetic rejuvenation. She excels in pediatric and adolescent gynecology, providing compassionate care for younger patients navigating complex issues, while her adult services encompass advanced procedures like obstetric ultrasound and hysterosalpingo sonography, performed at rates comparable to top peers.[4] What truly distinguishes Dr. Patel is her empathetic, relatable demeanor—she describes herself as 'a real woman like all my patients,' understanding the juggle of modern life, family, and self-care. This personal touch, paired with her recognition as a NJ Top Doc for 2021 by NJ Top Docs after rigorous vetting, underscores her excellence.[1] Patients benefit from her FACOG designation, signaling fellowship in the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and her affiliations with esteemed facilities like Bayshore Medical Center and Riverview Medical Center.[4] In an era where women's health demands more than symptom management, Dr. Patel's practice stands out by prioritizing inside-out transformation: from hormonal balance and functional gynecology to non-invasive cosmetic enhancements that restore confidence and vitality. Her integrative style draws on diverse modalities, ensuring comprehensive care that prevents issues before they arise. With a track record of high patient satisfaction—evidenced by a 4.3/5 recommendation likelihood on Healthgrades—Dr. Patel continues to innovate, making her a beacon for women seeking not just medical treatment, but true rejuvenation.[4] Whether addressing adolescent concerns, menopause transitions, or aesthetic goals, her expertise delivers lasting results. As New Jersey's leading expert in her field, Dr. Patel's commitment to excellence, continuous certification, and patient-first ethos make Rejuvenate Center a premier destination for holistic women's wellness.[1][2] (Word count: 582)

I absolutely love this place. I went in due to 3 weeks of severe pain and after my first appointment my pain subsided drastically. Five days later I went in for a deep cleaning and arestin antibiotics treatment. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and Dr. Lee and his team were amazing. I am so happy my co-worker recommended this dental clinic.

I went to the consultation and they recommended me to perform an endodontics with the supposed objective of saving the tooth. However, after the procedure I was informed that I had to extract it, which is illogical, since an endodontics is precisely performed to preserve the tooth. The explanation they gave me was confusing and incoherent, claiming that "the nerve was very small," something that was never noticed before the treatment. I got home with intense pain, without being prescribed adequate medication, and finally I lost my tooth as a direct consequence of its malpractice and disorganization.
