Dr. Gabriela Oana

Just had an implant done and the process was smooth. Dr Oana explained everything thoroughly before and after the procedure. Also her assistants were knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Only one word can describe Dr. Oana...AMAZING!!! I went to her office for an extraction and a follow-up implant...This was simply one of the best experiences that I have had with an oral surgeon. Her bedside manner is so kind and gentle....she explained everything step by step to me as she was doing it! I was super nervous but by the time we were done, I was in awe. There was no discomfort. Her whole team is wonderful!! I wish I could give her 10 stars!!! Definitely keeping her in my contacts for other friends and family. One of the BEST in Riverdale!

Went to get my tooth extracted. I was given local anesthesia. I was so nervous. Dr. Oana was very gentle and her b3dside manners are great!. The entire staff was great from the moment you walk in. I didn't feel any pain. I didn't even have any swelling thank God. After the anesthesia wore off i didn't feel any discomfort. I've heard horror stories from other peopl at other places. So happy I came here !!! She's great

Dr. Oana is a very caring doctor, I had two extractions and my two visits to the office were pretty smooth including my surgery. Staff are very caring as well, the only reason I give 4 stars is because during payment I was charge From my packet because my insurance doesn’t cover the entire procedure which is not a problem for me, but I would love to know with specification if it was a fee or if I was paying for each extraction + consultation etc. This can be helpful for patients and brings more clarification during payments. Other than that, my experience with her was great and would come back to her if I needed it in the future.

Lack of professionalism, cleanliness and decorum. I arrived early for my extraction appointment. I asked to use the restroom but was told there was no paper and the receptionist had to wait for the dentist to finish with her patient so she could access the toilet paper. Fifteen minutes later (fortunately my needs were due to nerves rather than urgency ) the dentist appeared. She came out with a roll of toilet paper and with her bare hands proceeded to roll off sheets of paper for me. Left the paper and her office. I will never return. I am a senior citizen perfectly able to take care of my paper needs and to hand me crumbled paper with her bare hands was not only insulting it was also a testimony to her lack of hygiene.
