Dr. Beach and her team were extremely professional and knowledgeable while maintaining a personal and genuine demeanor. Dr. Beach goes above and beyond to teach her patients about their health and any concerns they may have and ensures they feel comfortable during the process. You can tell she truly cares about each and every patient. Something that is surprisingly hard to come by sometimes. I would highly recommend Dr. Beach and am more than happy with her as my dentist!

Dr Beach did a front implant for me recently and I couldn't be happier with it. The color match is perfect and the process went so much smoother than I could have imagined. I am not one to give bad reviews unless warranted. Honestly, I prefer to give good reviews, especially for smaller businesses. But this one has to be said so folks aren’t losing the kind of money I just lost. First, let me start by saying the people that work here are extremely friendly and it’s a great atmosphere, it looks like they have the newest and best technology you could possibly get at least from my perspective. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at home and for that I really love them. However, the reason I went, there was to have gum recession fixed in my mouth, which I was told is a specialty of theirs. When I got there, they do this new plasma rich platelets technology. Basically using your own blood platelets to regrow the gums in my case. At my initial consultation, they went over the procedure and never once said this is a multi step procedure, I was informed that this would take care of my gum recession. Wow, after six months with no signs of improvement I went in to talk about this. I was then informed “well this is a two-step procedure“ that was the first I’ve ever heard this mentioned. I was told I would need the second procedure for the gum regrowth. At $2500 a pop I thought this was unreasonable and had I known to start. I would’ve never done it. It was never mentioned to me that there was any chance it would not take they just said “this will take care of the problem with the gum recession“. How about next time you tell the patient “exactly“ what is entailed in the process? I also understand things just may not take. Well, explain that to the patient ahead of time. If a percentage of success was a choice given to me to start with. I could’ve made a decision at that point to move forward or not and also what the expense could be I feel they are misleading by not telling their patients everything upfront. I understand patients may not hear everything that they’re saying at the time however isn’t the most important thing the success of the procedure? That should be drilled into the patient’s head over and over. This was not done, in contrary, it was over stated that “this will take care of your gum recession”. I’m kind of disappointed in the fact, I thought I found a great dentist and their kindness goes further than most businesses, especially nowadays. However, the bottom line is when you go for a procedure and you pay top dollar for it. You expect results, that I did not get! Update after response from Owner: I indeed met with the owner and sat with her for over a half hour discussing this and her best resolve was for me to do another round of treatment at my expense and see if that one works. Like I said, they have all the fancy equipment and they’re extremely nice and friendly, but I believe patient care comes second to money.
