You can truly never tell what’s in store for a patient from the waiting room, which was typical ad far as that goes. Through out the initial process the staff was courteous and professional as well as pleasant. Once I was in the chair I was made comfortable and got a clear definition of what was and will happen. Actually, a fair better experience than I expected. I would recommend them to family or friends.
