I am so impressed with this dental office. It is beautiful, very clean, and the staff are incredibly kind and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain everything clearly, which really helps me feel comfortable. I suffer from anxiety, and going to the dentist is usually very difficult for me, but the staff and doctor here made me feel welcome, calm, and cared for. Their professionalism and soothing approach truly make a difference. Highly recommend.

Worst service ever been here for 5 hours and they skipping patients because they spanish.the dentist came in late Mr gardezi wait till is a full room then walks in they called 3 patients that came in after me

This place is small. Like hole in the wall small. There's only 1 dentist so you will wait all day to be seen. They don't make appointments. They only take walk-ins. Then they only will take walk-ins between the time of 8am and 1pm, if your lucky because like I said theres only 1 dentist so there only so many people he can see in a day. Been there multiple times with pain in my tooth and was turned away due to space being filled for the day, each day I went before 10am.The Receptionist is rude. Only pro about this place is that it is directly on southern blvd so there plenty of stores to shop at when done.

I was looking forward to visit this dental office because I read many great reviews about the dentist. I show up today and wasted my time because the receptionist whom I spoke to on the phone on June 23rd didn’t do her job correctly and didn’t fully investigate if my insurance would be accepted. The receptionist told me my insurance was good and all i had to do was walk in and I come to find out my specific plan under the insurance wasnt accepted at all! Please do your job right or don’t do it at all!

The staff is disorganized, unprofessional and extremely curt! My husband was going to be a new patient there. We specifically picked this dentist due to a recommendation through a family member. We called the health insurance to ensure that he would be a new patient there. We thought we were in good hands being that the dentist prior WAS CURT so HE never HAD WORK DONE FROM THAT DENTIST. I called prior to going there and the woman on the phone said we could go on Mon then I asked her about the same day which was Friday and she said oh yes if you make it before 2pm, so we arrived at 1:50pm. Almost got a ticket just being double parked waiting on my husband but finally found parking. We were under the impression we were going to at least start the process so he can be seen being that it was a walk in clinic. I had already been prepared in advance with a reference number stating he was a new patient in the system and if they needed to verify they had to just call a number and hear the reference number to verify. Well the older lady at the desk stated that she can give him a prescription for the pain but he can not be seen due to him still being registered in the system as a patient in the other dental office. So if that is the case how can he get a prescription? Makes no sense! She then brushed us off after becoming frustrated of lack of patience and sent us to a dyed bright red colored light skinned woman at the desk that was already curt based off of her demeanor with her hands intertwined and annoyed facial expressions. She stated we don’t work that way sorry and was so adamant to prove us wrong that he had work done by the prior dentist that was listed by printed the paperwork that was done by that dentist. Only XRAYS were done which I already had explained no ACTUAL WORK WAS DONE BY A DENTIST!! Well she brushed us off told us to come back Monday and when I asked about the next day which was Saturday she said oh yes well even though we open at 9am since it is walk in you must be here at 7:30am. Now this is my first time out of 39yrs that I have EVER heard of a WALK IN DENTAL CLINIC! So low class and he never even got to speak to the dentist but being that the STAFF WAS SO CURT AND LACKED CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, we will take our business elsewhere! My husband needed the works done xrays, cleaning, extractions, implants, etc. Being that he has not had coverage in years and finally got some coverage and would be paying mostly everything else out of pocket. Dr. Gardezi needs to change his policies and entire staff because it is a reflection and upon him! Extremely upset and disappointed! What a waste of time!
