The receptionist, Kay, is consistently friendly, organized, and prompt in responding to scheduling requests and insurance inquiries. Hygienist Kit provides exceptionally thorough and detailed cleanings, offering practical tips to help maintain oral hygiene and prevent cavities. She is really the best one I had met so far. Dr. Lue is highly professional and attentive — he repaired my chipped teeth with great care and also provided valuable guidance on calcium supplementation during my lactation period. The staff at Dr. Lue's office is amazing. Even though I see them only twice a year, it's like seeing old friends every single time. Dr. Lue will take the time to make sure everything is right with your dental work. Kit is an awesome dental hygienist, having both a steady hand and disarming demeanour. Kay runs everything smoothly and with a smile, including processing everything with insurance, which I know cannot be an easy task. I have been a patient since 2017 and am very satisfied with Dr. Lue's dental practice. Following here below, I'm reprinting content from another recent review of this office, as my experience has mirrored that! Dr. Lue, Kay, and Kit are wonderful. Also, the location is convenient for access via NYC subway, and I even come from NJ Jersey City on PATH train. Despite having moved to Morris County since some years after I became a patient, I've maintained this dental relationship (routine cleaning and exam every six months; other work as needed) because it's so good.
