I received World Class treatment during my visits. Mr. Taylor is the best, no doubt about it. He’s very patient and he ensures that you understand exactly what he’s doing, every step of the way. Amoya the receptionist convinced me that this was the place for my teeth 🦷 Unwillingly, I abandoned my dentist in Montego Bay but I was not disappointed. Amoya is what customer service is all about. EXCELLENT CLEAR COMMUNICATION with a beautiful warm smile. Because of her, I recommended my spouse who willingly had an appointment due to her HIGH LEVEL OF PROFESSIONALISM. Dr. Ranger is gentle, soft spoken with a wonderful sense of humor and he is EXTREMELY THOROUGH. I was comfortable in the dentist’s chair as I had an overhead screen to watch beautiful scenery. The office is upstairs so if you have mobility issues, this may be a challenge. Very clean office with soft music without that awful odor I found in most dentist 🦷 offices. Prices for cleanings range depending on your needs. Central location (behind Knutsford Express) with AMPLE SECURE PARKING. Restrooms are CLEAN and sanitary. Your teeth 🦷 will be cared for. I first visited the office with my dad. The environment was clean and welcoming and the customer service was superb; the staff was friendly and very attentive.
My dad was comfortable and well taken care of. He was provided with detailed explanations at every step of the way. Extreme care was taken to ensure that he was a satisfied customer.
I was very impressed by the fact that he was referred back to the public system to have his procedure done for free when his intended procedure was not a possiblity. We however, made the decision to continue with the team and we have had no regrets.
During the visits with my dad, I made the decision to have my teeth cleaned and it was the best decision for my very sensitive teeth. It was the gentlest clean I had ever received.
I would highly recommend Dr. Ranger, for my fellow people with sensitive teeth.
Went because of a gift certificate I got for a free cleaning and examination... will be returning for the great attention and service. Super hospitable staff, punctual appointment. You know you are in good hands when you learn useful things about your own dental hygiene and the universe that you had no clue about, lol. Keen eye on detail!
