Dr. Diana Lee was extremely kind and patient. She explained absolutely everything to me. I cannot fathom where some of these negative reviews are coming from. I’m having my entire family see her now as their primary dentist. I love her!
Do not let the bad reviews fool you. Dr. Lee is very kind. She made my immigrant African mom who speaks little English very comfortable. She was not pushy, had great manners and the staff is very nice as well. She even made time to speak to me after my mom’s appointment to make sure my mother understood what procedures she needed so I could explain it to her in our language.
What a difference! My previous dentist barely cleaned my teeth and pushed all these treatments on me that I knew were dubious. Dynamic smile were really thorough and honest about my teeth and what might need to be done. Appreciated her soft touch on the cleaning and advice on how to care for my teeth. Office is super clean and staff and friendly. Really recommend them.
Dr. Lee is a really good dentist.. Sadly, my insurance changed so I couldn't see her anymore, but my new dentist was looking at some work that Dr. Lee had done and said two or three times what a great job that dentist had done. Then another dentist came in and also agreed it was excellent work. I've never.had that happen before! Since I know nothing about the art of dentistry, it was fun to get that kind of totally objective positive feedback. ...And Dr. Lee is also very nice.
This place is far from Dynamic. The dentistry is in China Town, and Dr., Lee has poor service and bedside manners. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a dentist in my life. New York City clinics give you better service, and see far more patients in a day than Dr., Lee, and give you the attention you deserve as a patient. My Experience at her office. First of all I waited an extremely long time, and had to leave her office to go get a bottle of water. The office did not have water. The bathroom is located outside of the office in a shared common space hallway. Once Dr., Lee finally saw me very little questions were asked and she rushed through her work. While sitting in her chair I felt like a NUMBER. It was after the cleaning she really became rude and brash. She explained I had to decayed tooth that needed to be extracted. Once I asked questions, which any patient would be very concerned - she explained “You don’t have to do anything” I’m just telling you that tooth is decayed, and there’s nothing that can be done to save it. She walked away as I continued to “try and ask more questions” because I guess my time in her chair was almost up. She quickly explained that I had 4 cavities. I asked if she was going to fill the cavities, and she said no that would take too much time. What really concerned me to write this review is that she didn’t take the time to point out where my cavities were located, and said she took up all her time speaking to me about my tooth that needed to be extracted. And that was the most important thing. As a patient every tooth is important to me. I demanded to know which of my teeth had cavities, so she wrote the number of each tooth on a “Sticky Tab” and told me I could also look at my X-Rays. The numbers on the tab, were dental talk, and nothing a patient would understand in terms of what tooth would align with those numbers on a “Sticky Tab” I told her this was the first time a dentist didn’t take the time to actually tell me as a patient what tooth had a problem and take the time to point that out. She didn’t seem to care because she had her next patient. Meanwhile, my wait was longer than her service. AVOID this office.
