My situation is a little bit unique because I haven't been to a dentist in many years. I was nervous about beginning dental care after all that time but the staff was really good at making me feel good about seeing a dentist. Non judgemental. And Dr. Brown has a gentle touch. I'm actually looking forward to my next visit.👍🏾👍🏾

I have been going to this office for many years.. love the Dentist and his work…BUT the lady who works in the reception is as Ghetto as they get , lacks professionalism in all aspects, she is worse on the phone. Dr Brown you would have many more patients, if you would have a receptionist that is well spoken ,has better manners and treat your patients with more respect. I have no choice but to go somewhere else 😩

The dental office is dirty outdated and the dentist doesn't do a good cleaning. The receptionist is rude and nasty very miserable person don't go there unless you want to argue with the receptionist there

This is the DIRTIEST dental in the Bronx. Today was my first time and I’m so glad I didn’t let them work on my teeth. The way the office looks and smells I know them tools their using aren’t clean. The receptionist is also the doc or assistant. The Bathroom smells so bad. The people who work there have NASTY ATTITUDES, they rush you off the phone, they don’t answer the phone. This place is like walking into a HORROR SCENE, someone’s dying in this place. I booked at a BETTER , CLEANER dentist wishing 2sec of leaving that place. This dentist should be SHUT DOW.

decided to give this a shot even after the reviews talking about rude front desk staff , called and immediately was verbally assaulted over insurance questions? i think the front desk lady is miserable and takes these reviews to the heart lol so instead of getting therapy she continues to prove these reviews right it’s very sad but also hilarious 💀💀
