10/10 experience. I couldn’t be more thankful for everyone here. After weeks of being in pain, I finally felt relief — and the whole process was simple and reassuring from start to finish. Every single person I interacted with — the dentist, the assistants, the specialists, and the front desk — was kind, patient, and made me feel genuinely cared for. I felt understood here in a way I hadn’t anywhere else over the past few weeks. The entire team showed real empathy and made a really tough situation feel manageable. I’m so grateful for all of you.

Excellent service. I needed an emergent extraction and they were the only office that I could find. They were very pleasant and patient. The Doctor and his staff were excellent. I will be coming back for more dental work. I also appreciate the follow up text to see how I was doing the next day.

Dr. Lee is always thorough and attentive, and her treatments are consistently excellent. I first visited her clinic for an emergency when my front tooth was chipped, and I was so impressed with her care that I now see her regularly for cleanings. I’ve never been disappointed — she pays great attention not only to the functional side but also to the aesthetic details. She’s incredibly skillful and has an amazing sense of care and balance.

My appointment was with Dr.Reyes, but I seen by Dr.Lee who was very thorough. I had a follow-up with appointment with Dr.Lee on November 1. I did not receive an appointment reminder and decided to inform the the practice via text that I was confirming my appointment. I then get a thank you for confirming reply followed by my co-pay costs. I have never received payment information for medical services while in route to my appointment that I had to confirm since they failed to do so. I am simply appalled by the lack of professionalism and communication to patients regarding of a financial barrier to care. I should received proper notification of any financial costs to care. I believe that Dr. Lee was great however as a Dr. is it important to know that you should know your upcoming patients, confirming with those responsible to managing patient appointment. Positive “bedside manner” is great, but that’s not the only factor when receiving healthcare. Unacceptable!

I made a pretty expensive mistake coming here today. I woke up this morning, was flossing my teeth and immediately knew I had a cavity- as I am going on a trip in two days I wanted to take care of it quickly- found this place and booked an appointment. The receptionist told me it would cost about $500 dollars as I do not have insurance. I agreed to that. I didn’t realize that charge is only for a consultation. Basically I paid for them to tell me what I already knew when I thought I was paying them to take care of me. Which they did not do. She tried to get me to buy a 2500$ porcelain crown but couldn’t tell me why I would choose that over a regular filing, but either way I left with decay in my mouth so thank you guys so much. Honestly just shocked. I also observed that the dentist is visiting with multiple patients at one time so I spent a bit of time just sitting in the chair alone thinking maybe she’s going to work on me since I paid an arm and a leg for it but no. Just a -this is what’s going on and this is what you can buy to fix it-but either way it’s not happening today. So I left wildly disappointed. I would say if you are uninsured it is important to ask what exactly you’re paying for because I made the mistake of thinking it was to get care. All they did was take a few X-rays of my mouth and then she briefly put floss between the one tooth and then said what it was- which I already told her. Ouch. I would like to add that I called back tonight to talk about the charges and the woman named Elmira who took my initial call to book answered and was aggressive with me right away. She was really rude and it was really off putting. She claims that the charges were made clear to me but obviously they weren’t since I was expecting someone to actually clean my cavity out and fill it back in with a new filling for the amount I paid. I would call back to ask for my X-rays and copy of a bill but she was so mean I can’t bare the idea of even walking back into the place. FIND ANOTHER PLACE FOR DENTAL CARE.
