10/10 experience. I couldn’t be more thankful for everyone here. After weeks of being in pain, I finally felt relief — and the whole process was simple and reassuring from start to finish. Every single person I interacted with — the dentist, the assistants, the specialists, and the front desk — was kind, patient, and made me feel genuinely cared for. I felt understood here in a way I hadn’t anywhere else over the past few weeks. The entire team showed real empathy and made a really tough situation feel manageable. I’m so grateful for all of you.

Excellent service. I needed an emergent extraction and they were the only office that I could find. They were very pleasant and patient. The Doctor and his staff were excellent. I will be coming back for more dental work. I also appreciate the follow up text to see how I was doing the next day.

Dr. Lee is always thorough and attentive, and her treatments are consistently excellent. I first visited her clinic for an emergency when my front tooth was chipped, and I was so impressed with her care that I now see her regularly for cleanings. I’ve never been disappointed — she pays great attention not only to the functional side but also to the aesthetic details. She’s incredibly skillful and has an amazing sense of care and balance.

I recently underwent a wisdom tooth extraction for two of my teeth, one of which was causing damage to an adjacent tooth (see attached photo). From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed and at ease. The staff was friendly and efficient, ensuring I was comfortable while I waited for my appointment. Dr. Isaac was the epitome of professionalism. He took the time to discuss my dental concerns in detail, addressing all my questions and providing a clear understanding of why the extraction was necessary. I appreciated his transparency; he explained the entire process step by step, which helped alleviate my anxiety about the procedure. His straightforward approach made it clear that he genuinely cares about his patients' well-being. During the extraction, I was pleasantly surprised by how attentive Dr. Isaac was. He checked on me frequently, ensuring I was comfortable and that the procedure was progressing smoothly. It was evident that he has a lot of experience, and his calm demeanor helped put me at ease. After the procedure, Dr. Isaac and the front desk staff provided thorough aftercare instructions, covering everything from pain management to dietary restrictions. They made sure I understood what to expect during my recovery, which further eased my concerns. Overall, my experience at the dental office was excellent from start to finish. I left feeling confident in my care and knowing that I could reach out to the office if I had any questions or concerns post-surgery. I would absolutely return for any future dental needs and highly recommend Dr. Isaac to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate dentist!

My appointment was with Dr.Reyes, but I seen by Dr.Lee who was very thorough. I had a follow-up with appointment with Dr.Lee on November 1. I did not receive an appointment reminder and decided to inform the the practice via text that I was confirming my appointment. I then get a thank you for confirming reply followed by my co-pay costs. I have never received payment information for medical services while in route to my appointment that I had to confirm since they failed to do so. I am simply appalled by the lack of professionalism and communication to patients regarding of a financial barrier to care. I should received proper notification of any financial costs to care. I believe that Dr. Lee was great however as a Dr. is it important to know that you should know your upcoming patients, confirming with those responsible to managing patient appointment. Positive “bedside manner” is great, but that’s not the only factor when receiving healthcare. Unacceptable!
