Fidelity Dental Care – Dr. M. F. Karam DDS

I started seeing Dr. Karam last year, and so far, everything has gone smoothly with my cleanings. My children have also been seeing Dr. Karam and his staff. The place is clean, the staff is friendly and bilingual, and the waiting time is basically on point; we never wait long. It's a Convenient location near our home, since my ex-husband lives around the corner, and we walk the kids there. If you need a dentist, don't hesitate to visit Dr. Karam. This is one of the best dental offices for families and individuals.

I get anxiety just thinking about the dentist so for me to call and make an appointment is a huge deal. Its definitely a little confusing getting their since their office is inside a building but other then that I would highly recommend. I been seen by three different doctors and I have NOT ONE SINGLE COMPLAINT. I had a root canal done and i would do it again if i had too because Woww their hands MAGIC!!! I didn’t feel a thing!!! Most dentist I have seen are very rough and go to the point but here made sure i knew what was happening, they were extremely gentle something I HIGHLY APPRECIATE. Thank you for making me feel so comfortable and for making the experience pain free all around

Came here with my wife for a root canal because she was in a lot of pain - instead of performing a root canal, he said a filling was all that was needed. Fast forward two weeks the pain is worse. Another appointment - where we were seen almost an hour after the appointment time. The doctor said the filling needs time to fully settle into the cavity. After a total of 6 weeks, my wife’s face is swollen and she can’t even smile without pain. After another appointment (which was delayed because the doctor was on a cruise) the doctor confirms it’s an infection. 6 weeks of pain and running around, his shoddy work is the reason why we have to see another competent specialist and spend thousands to fix his haphazard work. AVOID THIS DENTIST.

Not happy with the care for my husband. They are responsible for not clearing out his oral conditions and recently he had go to a oral surgeon because of a big cavity he didn't know of. He has been a patient of Dr. Karam from many years. And he sees the dentist every year.
