Dr. Genao and her hygienist were great! Well maintained office. Dr. Genao walked me through every step of the visit. Her office is very convenient to get to as well.
Find yourself a dentist that puts vaseline on your lips when she notices they dried out from all the air and water that the dental equipment produces!
Sometimes during last year I had to search for a new dentist because my previous dentist of almost 10 yrs was no longer taking my insurance. I had found Dr. Genao through my insurance portal, made my first appointment and I am so happy to say that I had found a genuine, caring, professional dentist.
Dr. Genao always makes me feel comfortable, explains what she will be doing prior to starting as well as during the dental work, she will stop to ask if I'm feeling okay if I'm not in pain, she never rushes during any procedures. Her assistants are very nice and friendly and so is the front desk. The office is nice, clean and neat and they follow all the CDC guidelines during the pandemic. Thank you for being here for your patients during these hard times
Ever since my first visit to dentist Sandra Genao, my dental health has been the best it has ever been. She is simply amazing! She made my teeth extra extra clean that everyone in my family noticed. Me and my daughter are so happy with the service here. Never looking anywhere else. All the staff are sooo nice and beyond accommodating!
I hadn't been to the dentist in over 10 years, so I was pretty nervous to say the least before making my appointment. Very professional and caring. I had two cavities filled and Dr. Genao was the best. Always making sure I wasn't in discomfort. 11/10
Dr. Genao will probably not approve of me writing this review. But I MUST say that she's the most amazing dentist I've ever been to in NYC. Everyone knows that dental care can be weary and quite expensive especially if one doesn't have an insurance. This city has tons of top notch hi tech dental practices that would charge an arm and a leg for suggested (often not so necessary) treatments, x-rays, check-ups. And here is Dr. Genao in a simple clean office with only necessary equipment, smile and butterflies everywhere you look! She will welcome you with open arms and soul. A true Doctor from God! She remembers each of her patients even if she hasn't seen some of them for years, shows genuine care and concern for them, and will always find a way to help no matter what. I'm truly grateful and unbelievably lucky that among many roads in this life I once walked the one that led me to Dr. Genao's office!
