Went there a few times when I lived in the neighborhood. I got there for my first appointment, everything went smoothly: cleaning, Xrays, checkup. During the checkup the dentist noticed that I needed a root canal redone (one of my molars had been done a couple of years back, and it never felt completely "right" to me). The doctor gave me a couple of options, and I chose to get a new crown. Came back to do the crown a few days later. Everything went as I expected; no complaints.
