My children and I went here to get our cleaning done recently and it was a profoundly refreshing experience. Excellent customer service from the ladies at the front coupled with good ambience exceeded my expectations. The personnel who did the cleaning has an aura that oozes professionalism and warmth. I went back for a filling and let me tell you something.....Dr. Williams is the absolute best. I barely felt the needle when she did the numbing and I could have literally slept through the whole process. She is very professional and gentle. Based on the foregoing..... I absolutely recommend Glenmuir Dental Center.
The waiting area as well as the observation room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The AC in the waiting area was very cold. I had to wait outside a part of the time because of the temperature. The wait was long because of the number of persons that were there; I suspect this is because of the quality of the service offered. It was the end of July so this may have been a factor too. Customer service was very good. The staff took the time to offer explanations as well as to answer questions. The dentist was gentle and reassuring. I would visit again and also recommend.
Honestly I am a person who does not like the dentist at all, but Glenmuir Dental center oh my God it's my go to place whenever I'm having a toothache which hopefully not, The waiting wasn't long the area was cool and nice the bathroom was super clean the don't get me started on that they were gentle an nice they comfort me even though I did added that I was scared of the dentist, but the process was so comforting as if they were dealing with a child, And they gave me a prescription that provided antibiotics and pain tablet and honestly to God the pain tablets are not necessarily because after the pain I was feeling the other day I don't need anything tablet... And if there was a possibility to rate this more than a five-star I would have ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
If u want the best treatment visit this dental office I had a terrible fear of dentist because of 1 bad experience and I can tell u I totally forget about my experience if a never mash mouth a pull out all a mi teeth dem🤣 how d dentist nice and gentle. The facility is clean, but during busy times, the dentist should take more time with her work. I had a tooth filling that cost $20,000, and the cleaning was $22,000, which was acceptable. However, the filling dentist rushed the appointment, and the work was poorly done; it feels like they hurried my appointment to maximize profits. This is disappointing because last year, in 2024, the dentist took her time, and I had no issues then. People deserve to get their money's worth. I don't think I'll return.
