The team was professional yet friendly, and everything moved smoothly without unnecessary waiting or stress. The doctor and staff explained each step clearly, making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. What really stood out to me was the care that extended even after my appointment—the doctor personally checked in to see how I was doing, which showed a level of attentiveness that’s rare to find. I felt genuinely cared for and supported from start to finish, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gotham Dental to anyone in need of high-quality, compassionate dental care.

Even though I live upstate, I still travel down because there is truly no place like Gotham Dental. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the warmth. Dr. Samuelian is the perfect mix of artistry, skill, and compassion. He explains everything, never rushes, and somehow makes you forget why you were nervous in the first place. the staff have excellent knowledge of the areas they’re working on and strive for you to have clean, healthy teeth. they were incredibly helpful for my visit and i learned more than i intended to about my mouth. great service all around and super clean environment!

I’ve been going to Gotham Dental for over a decade and that’s saying a lot because I really dislike the experience of going to a dentist and usually avoid it at all costs. This place is an oasis not only because of the fancy and beautiful artwork that’s always changing on its walls, but also because the front desk staff is always super friendly and welcoming, the people who answer the phones are delightful and helpful, and Ana, Sarah and Dr S. are all genuinely kind and caring people who are good at their jobs.

First of all, I was not seen by the dentist I booked with. I ended up seeing Dr. Avo Samuelian and did not appreciate his bedside manner. He came in, rushed through everything, and told me I needed to get all this work done and also invisalign without even asking me if it was something I wanted to consider. He then left and provided no further information. I was told everything should be done asap and then handed a bill for what it would be, which was over $10k of dental work. Felt like they were just trying to make a lot of money off of me. Will not be going to this practice again.
