I had an amazing experience at Gramercy smiles😁 From the moment I walked in, I noticed how incredibly clean and well-maintained everything was. The colorful decorations and artwork made the space feel welcoming and cheerful, which really helped me feel relaxed. Dr. Mats was especially kind and caring. They took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit, and were very gentle and attentive. It’s clear that they truly care about their patients. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a professional, friendly, and comfortable dental experience! I’ll definitely be going back

The entire staff is welcoming, professional, and incredibly kind and the office is extremely clean and modern. Shirley at the front desk and Julia the hygienist are especially fantastic! I always feel comfortable during my visit. Never feeling rushed, and the cleanings are always extremely thorough. They always take the time to listen to and answer any questions or concerns. If you’re looking for a dental practice that combines expertise with exceptional patient care, this is the place. Highly recommend!

Look no further for your new dentist. Truly. The entire team is professional, highly skilled, empathetic, gentle, and kind. This includes the dentists, dental assistants, hygienists, receptionists, maintenance team (it’s CLEAN!) and most importantly their office manager Shirley. You will not meet another Shirley at a dentist office or really anywhere else in NYC in the service industry. She’ll guide you through insurance claims, keep you informed of your appointments and timing, answer any and all questions, greet you with a smile, and so much more. She runs it. I've been a patient of Gramercy Smiles for many years and I've never considered leaving. The office is spotless and welcoming and I've never had to wait...in 10+ years. Additionally, the dentists are all incredible--warm, considerate and take time to answer all of their patient's questions--and everyone from the front desk to all of the hygienists to the administrative staff are FABULOUS. She has been a massive help to me on everything from insurance, to ensuring that I stay on top of my appointments, to making sure I get connected with specialists for a range of issues.
