If you’re looking for a pediatric dentist, this is the place to go! Dr. Caroci is super informative, knowledgeable and fantastic with kids. You can tell he is passionate about what he does and he really cares. The place is so clean and the staff are all friendly. My son has been going to Dr. Caroci since he was 9 months old and has always had a pleasant experience.

My 3 year old’s first time at the dentist, and the team made me feel at ease as soon as we walked in! She had a blast and the hygienist talked my daughter through every step and made it fun! Couldn’t recommend enough! Excellent experience from start to finish.

We have just switched over to this office and they have made a wonderful first impression. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable, informed, and never rushed. Everyone from the front desk staff, hygienists, assistants, dentists and orthodontists have made us feel so welcomed! They don’t try to take advantage of you financially and really make the kids feel comfortable. We are so glad we switched thus far!

Our daughter has struggled with a fear of the dentist for years, and nearly every appointment has involved significant anxiety and tears. We’ve tried several pediatric dentists in the Rochester area, hoping to find the right fit, but the experience has always been stressful for her — and for us. Our visit with Dr. Caroci Pediatric Dentistry was completely different. Dr. Caroci was absolutely amazing. He spent nearly two hours with her, patiently walking her through every step and showing her each tool before using it so there were no surprises. His calm demeanor, gentle approach, and wonderful sense of humor immediately put her at ease. You can tell he truly understands kids and takes the time to build trust rather than rushing through the appointment. For the first time ever, she left a dental visit smiling! After seeing four pediatric dentists locally, this was by far the best experience we’ve ever had. We’re incredibly grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Caroci to any family, especially those with anxious children.

My daughter has been twice (she's just a toddler) but both times staff have been so friendly, professional, and patient. Rooms are clean. Visits are quick. Today was an amazing appointment. The hygienists played with her while we talked to the dentist and made her so comfortable. The dentist even knew how to make balloon animals (?!). 10/10 experience so far!
