Excellent dental office Friendly and efficient front office staff. Great experienced hygienist and dental assistants, and of course an excellent caring dentist.

I came to Dr. Groskin's office after experiencing a dental emergency (broken crown with a gaping hole in molar) and being turned away by my prior practice, Albee Family Dental. Dr. Groskin's office got me in by the next day. His staff is exceedingly kind and efficient. Dr. Yorko took care of me and explained the course of care in a no-nonsense way and rationalized his recommendations in a compassionate way that made me feel seen and heard. They now have three new patients. I'm grateful that Albee Dental was unhelpful because it led me here.

I have been going to Dr. Groskin for well over 30 years, and there is No other dentist I would rather go too. Dr. Groskin is very professional, extremely knowledgeable in dentistry and just a wonderful person. The staff at Groskin & Associates is top notch, and very skilled in their field of attributes. They are always welcoming, and very accommodating to patients needs. I have / had so many issues with my teeth, and they helped me map out a plan to get my mouth / teeth on the path to recovery. I would recommend them to anyone that is in need of a cleaning or dental work.

Hi. I started going to this dental office a little over a year ago, because when my children were young, I used to belong to Dr. Groskins‘s office. But beware and keep all your receipts of what you have paid. They sent me a bill for a crown that was done a year and three months ago. They claimed I put X amount of money on my credit card, which I replied that amount is not correct and I have my receipt to prove it. They told me that they can prove what they are saying. I asked when is a good time to stop in and show you t receipt. I was told Monday because they are closing early on Friday. I said ok. I then received a phone call 5 minutes later apologizing that my amount is correct and I will be getting a refund of X. I tried to explain that this amount is incorrect. They were short with me and hung up. I called them back immediately and after being on hold for a minute, I was told I am correct and I will get a refund of $56! Again they were sorry! Wow. Beware

Disappointing!!! I’ve been going here for years. I use to bring my children here too! I miss two appointments and was dismissed! The first missed appointment was because my fathers chemotherapy went longer. I called as soon as possible! The second missed appointment, I fell and went to emergency. I had a concussion. I over slept! I had documented medical records and was told I’m no longer a patient there. That two missed appointments was office policy. Tracy was rude! My left jaw and bite were off! She didn’t care and said “ let me know where to forward your records to! They left me no other choice as I was refused care !!!! There are a few times they had mistakes on my schedule or I had to wait! I was very understanding with the practice! Sometimes things happen in life unplanned! I certainly didn’t appreciate the way I was treated. It’s all changed since Dr. Groskin is barley there! The rude office has made changes to the practice with no written notification! They rush on your teeth cleaning using covid as an excuse! I’m not the only person to complain about them. They already left your practice! I should have listened to them!!
