Listen, i never had a favorite Dental Place in my life. This place and All the employees are not only extremely pleasant , but also the work they've been doing on my teeth has been more of a quality i've never seen before! They didnt rush any of my time with them. In fact i've never received this type of awesome dental care and such excellent and friendly workers from the front desk to finish ! Been three times and each experience goes above and beyond. Thank You Harlem Dental !!

I wish I could give this place ZERO ⭐️. After waiting an hour and a half just to get called in, they stuck me in the dentist chair and left me there for another 1 hour and 10 minutes with no updates, nothing. Completely unprofessional. I literally had to walk out because it was clear they didn’t value my time or my health. Worst experience I’ve ever had at any dentist office.

I went because it was an emergency but I would not return. It is unsanitary, the dentist don’t make you feel comfortable. They had a dental tech that is nice but she needs to be in a different environment. The equipment is not up to date and they did dental work on me they could not finish. I don’t recommend anyone go there.

I was looking for a dentist to help me with a flipper for one missing tooth on my smile line. I received this dentist’s number from a patient who frequents the practice, so I decided to call this morning to schedule an appointment. From the very beginning, the experience was disappointing. The receptionist answered the phone with just a casual “Hello,” without identifying the office as a dental facility. I had to ask if I had even reached a dentist’s office, to which she replied, “Yes,” in a very nonchalant tone. I then asked if they accepted my insurance. Instead of asking for more details about my needs or guiding me through the process, she simply asked what insurance I had. After I told her, she responded, “Yes, we take that,” with no follow-up questions, no professionalism, and no effort to schedule anything further. At that point, I had to be the one to ask about making an appointment. She told me, rather abruptly, that there were none available for today. I clarified that I wasn’t asking for today but rather their next available date. She then told me the first opening was September 8th at 11:30 a.m. Based on her tone, lack of professionalism, and overall dismissive attitude over the phone, I have already decided this practice isn’t the right fit for me. The reviews I later read only confirmed what I felt during the call. I take my oral health very seriously, and when it comes to my teeth, I will not settle for a practice that can’t even make a proper first impression. I’ll be calling back to cancel my appointment and will continue my search for a dentist that values professionalism and patient care from the very first interaction.

AVOID THIS DENTIST. I walked out before they gave me fillings. I just wasn’t confident I needed the fillings because they didn’t appear on my X-rays. It seemed like they might be committing insurance fraud. The dentist didn’t wear gloves or a mask, and is disheveled and unhygienic. He accidentally stuck the wrong part of my mouth with Novocain and did not use any numbing gel. They presented me with a consent form but did not let me read it. I walked out fearing he’d permanently injure me. The rest of the staff was pretty nice and normal though.
