Went recently - Steve was amazing at providing a seamless and enjoyable first patient experience and Dr. Flamm was very insightful and friendly to be around. Would recommend to anyone in the area / Manhattan — the patient experience was one of a kind, and I did not feel rushed at all compared to larger dentist offices in the City. I love my visit to Dr. Flamm and Steve! I had a cleaning done this week and not only do my teeth feel great I had a great time too! Who would've known I could be serviced and entertained at 8 in the morning? Steve is an angel and makes the environment welcoming. Dr. Flamm really knows his stuff and took the time to educate me on the many questions I asked him (I hope he doesn't mind!). I'm grateful to have them as my dentist and they contribute to what makes the city a great place to live.

I’ve avoided seeing a dentist for a while now, because it’s always such a hassle to navigate appointments, insurance, billing, etc. Steve & Dr. Flamm, on the other hand, were some of the easiest and most delightful people to work with in getting my dental care taken care of. Scheduling was as simple as a few emails, and insurance was figured out before I even arrived. There were no surprises at all. More so, the personal touch Steve & Dr. Flamm offer was beyond any medical care I’ve ever received. Usually, I feel treated like a number rather than a patient and have trouble reviving communication about what is actually happening medically. Dr. Flamm & Steve made me feel like a person and went above and beyond to explain what they were doing, why they were doing it, and what my medical situation was. Truly exceptional service that I haven’t received in this era of big, mysterious medical firms. If you’re looking for someone that makes you feel like a person & a patient, and not a number with dollar signs attached, you have to visit Hell’s Kitchen Dental. Truly amazing work all around. And a friendly four legged friend makes the visit all the better. Great stuff!
