first visit after slacking on dentist visits for a few years… i was absolutely thrilled with the staff and service here! amazing lobby atmosphere, kind, patient, and efficient staff, and dr Soliman was incredibly caring and explained things to me with much clarity. additionally, their discount plan was so helpful and i felt that it personally had great value. they are quick to answer the phone, and none of the staff had any judgement towards me and everyone i interacted with had conversations with me! i would want to come back just to hang out hahaha

All the staff at HFD always take such great care of my mouth, listen to my concerns and are a wealth of knowledge. Alexa is one of the best Dental Hygienists i’ve ever had! She is so personable and careful with your mouth even when you’re nervous. I always leave their office knowing more able how to better my dental hygiene routine in ways that are obtainable! I would certainly recommend trying them out if you are looking for a dental office!

I suffer from extreme white coat syndrome and the folks here at Henrietta Family Dental are simply outstanding. The care I received here was exceptional and incredibly caring. I would recommend them to everyone wholeheartedly. My deepest and sincere thanks to everyone at HFD for helping me through and being so compassionate.

My husband and I recently relocated to the Rochester area. My son and daughter-in-law go to Henrietta Dental for their dental needs so I scheduled our first appts with them for Feb. 2026. On Saturday I started experiencing extreme jaw pain and nothing seemed to help. I called Henrietta Dental and within minutes Dr. Soliman was calling me, discussing my symptoms, and guiding me through the necessary steps to ease the pain. Even though the office was technically closed for the Holidays, he met me at the office so he could confirm his diagnosis and continue my treatment! I want to Thank Dr. Soliman and his team for caring for me when I needed them!

This dental office and dentist are very accommodating and knowledgeable. I had a serious dental issue and they made an early appointment to resolve my problem. I would definitely recommend Henrietta Family Dental
