Imagine getting your much needed orthodontic treatment started and the next week a global pandemic has been declared and lockdown starts. Then imagine becoming pregnant a few weeks later. Such was my 2020 and you know what? Island Smiles never failed not even once at delivering top quality service in an organized manner. In a time of significant global uncertainty, anxiety and ever changing movement and masking guidelines they presented their clientele with extraordinary management and best health practices. They kept us safe in an extremely vulnerable environment. Social distancing, masking, air purifiers, protective gear etc - they did all they could do to keep us safe as we unmasked to have our adjustments.
Things I liked and appreciated:
- good payment plans. While I made a full payment at the start, I liked that they provided me with great options had I wanted to pay in installments.
- majority of the orthodontic assistants were great and we're a perfect fit for the job. The most memorable one was Chad.
- the front desk staff were pleasant, professional and patient.
- orthobucksfor doing good upkeep which when accumulated could be used for prizes
- they provided great care guidelines. So much so that I never broke a bracket
- they offer ongoing support for me to get my permanent retainer fixed.
Let me just say that I was so impressed with the service provided by Island Smiles. The staff was punctual, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Kudos to Dr. Meeks and his team. 10/10 - highly recommend!
The best experience I’ve had and this was just the assessment phase. The staff is extremely pleasant and professional. 100% efficiency and are committed to the time of your appointment. There was no wait time and the process was seamless. I had absolutely no challenges and look forward to starting my treatment here. Love the ambiance and family-like environment.
