I just got my braces done at iSmile located at Pelham Parkway, I went on a Friday and I have to say the entire experience was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in every single person made me feel welcome, comfortable and well taken care of. The place was also clean which is a big plus for me.
Yanina, the receptionist, immediately set the tone with her warmth and professionalism and made me feel right at ease. From there I was taken to get my X-rays done and the gentleman who assisted me was very kind and made the process smooth and comfortable.
Next I met with Jairo, my consultant, who was great and walked me through everything. After that I met with Dr. Saffari, my orthodontist, who was incredible and truly took the time to make sure everything was done properly. Then I worked with Lorenzo, my dental assistant, who absolutely impressed me. He is very young but incredibly knowledgeable and skilled and did an amazing job.
To top it all off they sent me home with a wonderful care package that included dental wipes, a toothbrush and detailed instructions on how to properly care for my braces. That extra touch really showed how much this team goes above and beyond for their patients.
What really stood out to me was how courteous, professional and kind every single person was from start to finish. You can tell this team genuinely cares about their patients and takes pride in everything they do.
I am so glad I chose iSmile for my orthodontic care and I look forward to continuing my journey with this wonderful team. Highly recommend to everyone!
I had a great experience with the treatment coordinator, Rachel, at iSmile Orthodontics. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, professional, and very knowledgeable. She took the time to clearly explain my treatment plan, payment options, and what to expect throughout the process, which made everything feel much less overwhelming.
What really stood out was her patience and willingness to answer all of my questions without rushing me. Rachel made sure I fully understood my options and felt comfortable moving forward. Her communication was excellent, and she was always friendly and supportive.
Overall, Rachel made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend iSmile Orthodontics to anyone looking for quality care and outstanding customer service.
Overall great experience . Shout out to Rachel, she provided an excellent experience. She was patient, friendly, and very informative throughout my visit. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Her professionalism and positive attitude really stood out.
Very unprofessional. The Spanish lady was assisting me. As another patient came. She started serving her Just decline that she was helping me. Poor customer service. I would not recommend no one come here. Extremely disappointed in this place.
This place is so unprofessional and unorganized. I was coming in for a consultation and they called me from two separate offices to get my intake information. Ok, fine. I originally had an appointment scheduled for last week, to which someone called and asked if we could reschedule. I agreed and scheduled for today. This week, I have received 5 text confirmations, 2 email confirmations, and a zocdoc confirmation. Upon arriving to the office today, the front staff informed me that all appointments have been reschedule as the doctor is out. Let me reiterate that I did not receive a phone call about my appointment being canceled, but did receive 8 separate confirmations this week for my appointment. Luckily I found out now and not later when I had already decided to give them my business!! Left work early for nothing. Never again
