The pediatric dentist was excellent. Very kind, patient, and professional with children. My son is autistic, and she showed a lot of understanding, patience, and care throughout the entire visit. From the moment we walked in, they made my son feel comfortable and calm. The assistants were also very kind, attentive, and respectful at all times. They explained everything calmly and treated my son with great sensitivity and care. You can tell they truly care about the well-being of children and about giving families a positive experience. I am very grateful for the excellent treatment and care. I highly recommend them.
Every time I come here, I have a very good experience, which is pretty surprising for the Bronx. Quick In-N-Out, Guy who takes the x-rays was very nice to my autistic child and dentist was very nice. They also offer TVs on the ceiling for the children!
This is a wonderful dentist for your child. I recommend beautiful staff loving kind caring. Thank you Lenny you are the definition of phenomenal you took care my boy from beginning to end God bless you when I say the best nurses and doctors paired is incredible. Thanks to both the BRONX and the QUEENS Office all you guys rock you couldn’t tell my son had surgery. I’m so thankful best dentist for kids .
I totally loved my first experience here with all 4 of my children. Especially because I have children with Autism and also children without. I really appreciate how well the staff treated my babies and myself and was very nice to my children. Kimberly and Jose at the receptionist desk was lovely I appreciate their kindness and Dr. Gayle was amazing with them as well. This was the best stress free experience for the first time ever for us. We ended up leaving two other dental clinics because I did not like a few things and I tried to bare with them but I just couldn't and had to put my children first and find different clinics that I thought suited well but those two didn't work out for us at all. So I'm glad I found a place we can sort of call our DENTAL HOME. 😊
I’m not sure who runs this office but the phone customer service it’s really bad. To the point the young lady called Stacey Sosa harassing me 10 calls in 10 minutes. Then she proceeded to call me from her personal call. Without knowing my situation at the moment of the call. She proceeded to tell me to get another office to take my children. As I’m writing this I decided to call the office to complain and the same young lady said she’s the manager when I asked to speak to a manager. I asked for LUZ which I was told was a manager; let’s see if she calls me back as Ms Stacey said she will. Honestly I have never been harassed this way by an office. Plus I have done 20 years of customer service yet have never treated by business this way.
