The customer service was excellent, the doctor made me feel so comfortable expressing myself and telling her my issue while the gentleman at the front desk was amazing, providing quality care!
Service was great and Dr Prestwidge was very thorough and gentle with my little one love the service from Dr Gentle aswell!
So where to start. So coming from Mountain View side, on a Sunday I might add, I needed to carry my nephew urgently to most convenient medical care center. I decided to google where was the closest one to my location, and low and behold there was Kare Konec who stated they offer 24/7. I was so estatic about this find. Upon arriving, we were warmly greeted by front desk personnel. Even though we had a little wait to see the doc, we passed the time with polite conversating topics whilst being deeply informed on the services provided. I must say the service, and medical attention was exceptional, not to mention they have their own medical lab, varying options of expertised doctors, and another perk as well- a pharmacy is located right beside the center (you could say it's a one stop shop)

Where do I even start. The staff, the ambience, the environment and the aura are very welcoming. They are very friendly and the customer service was 11/10. Amazing!
