I had a great experience. Dr Butler Redd is amazing. Entire staff was great. Receptionist very friendly. I went in for an emergency treatment and they handled it well. Will def be back again
This Place Really Needs To Be Shut Down. I’m Reading The Reviews & EVERYONE Has The Same Thing To Say. It’s Disgusting In There. I Made Sure To Take Pics. This Is What You See When You Walk In A Room. NEVER IN MY 30 Years Of Life Have I Seen A More Poor Looking Dentisit Office. I’m So Irradiated That I Even Went Here To Begin With.

The dentist was dismissive and barely let me explain why I was there jumped into cleaning even when I said I had sensitivity I went there for a referral n was told I didn't need it when my insurance called they lied n said that I didn't get referral because I didn't complete exam! Despite having x-rays n assessment done stay away!!.
Horrible customer service.Receptionist at the front desk was nasty when I was axing a question. When I called earlier in the day they kept me on hold for 25 minutes and never came back.
THE PLACE IS FILTHY🤮🤮 THE FLOOR LOOKED LIKE IT HAVE NOT BEEN MOPPED IN MONTHS.ALL THE EQUIPMENT WERE ALL OVER THE PLACE , DONT LOOK CLEAN AT ALL !! LIKE C’MON WERE ON A PANDEMIC!!!NEVER AGAIN!
