Dr. Kakosian has been my dentist for a number of years and my experience has been nothing but excellent, professional and friendly every visit. The office staff is welcoming and supportive. Appointments are always on time and there are no long waits. I never thought I would ever look forward to going to the dentist. Great, great work!
I just started my treatment with Invisalign and I’m very happy with the plan the doctors put up for me. They are great professionals and all the staff is very kind. The service is very personalized and they hear to all questions and concerns the patient has.
AMAZING EXPERIENCE and truly life changing. Many other orthodontists told me it would be years for me to get results. With Dr. Kenn, I was able to straighten my teeth in just little over a year. Results are amazing. He also has been very very flexible during pandemic and was willing to ship me my trays and talk on the phone when needed. Staff is great as well and very easy to communicate and to schedule appointments. So happy with the results, thank you so much!
Dr. Kakoskian did a great job on my Invisalign, even giving me a free adjustment at the end! All his assistants are great and the office itself has a great view and nice receptionists. I would definitely recommend this place.
edit: went to another dentist and they said my teeth were not aligned, went to another they said great job so who knows, they look good! still good experience, just wish i had known my TMJ would not be addressed before I started (i only came for it).
Looks like my previous review was deleted so reposting… Dr. Kakosian is a terrible doctor & person. Not only did he lie about how my teeth would turn out at the end of each Invisalign run (I had to do 2 refinements) but he accused me of trying to score an extra retainer when I asked for my 3/4 retainer. The truth is his entire staff quit on him and his new staff did not have or find the note that I only received the first 2 retainers. It was a whole mixup that I thought we cleared up until his staff sent me the 3rd retainer and with a sharpie said it was my last retainer (pic attached, scribbled out my personal info in red)… he denied they did that (cmon now). When I went to him in person to demand my 4th retainer to be done with him, he belittled me and talked to me like a child. It wasn’t until he found out I worked for a major news org that he realized I wasn’t just a “dumb kid”. The icing on the cake was when his PA told him, in front of me, I needed to get my teeth re-checked before receiving my 4th retainer so they can tailor it… which they never did which is why I wasn’t lying. No apology was given, he just sent me away. Disgusting person. Avoid him at all costs, if you don’t then just make sure to document EVERYTHING and have a paper trail.
