Customer Reviews
This has easily been the WORST medical office/experience my son and I have ever had. Each time my son has gone in, he leaves very upset. They put the braces on wrong, and had to remove them and reposition. Tools were accidentally dropped into his mouth.
One month they only changed the rubber bands and failed to do an adjustment. The orthodontist was rude and disrespectful to me in front of a room of patients. He was not willing to answer my questions and spoke rudely about me when I left the room (in front of my son, and other patients). They will not answer the phone or send requested medical records. The insurance paid in advance for the braces, but these visits were so traumatic for my son, we changed to another orthodontist, and will be paying. Except for the receptionist, the staff is unfriendly and not pleasant.
Dr. Hanley was great. But, as soon as he left, things went bad fast.
No one ever answers the phone, supposedly Dr. Hanley is not in practice anymore and they have someone new. You can’t even leave a message because mailbox is full. I have a outstanding bill because why should I pay and he went literally 5 months without a appointment. I was scheduled an appointment, then received a message that it was canceled, and the day before original appointment they sent a message asking me to confirm appointment. I want them to REMOVE MY SON braces and I can go elsewhere. If you have an emergency at which my son wire isn’t attached you can’t get through to make an appointment. I’ve sent emails and I call literally everyday almost and every hour. I’ve never seen a business ran this way. I have my emails stating I had an appointment, then the cancellation and then the confirmation of something that was canceled on their end. SOMETHING IS’NT RIGHT WITH THIS PLACE!! DO NOT COME HERE !!!
Absolutely horrendous how they run this business. My daughter had an appointment on November 15th. I've been trying to call since November 13th when she got a fever and no one answers the phone, or checks voicemails so that people can leave a new one. I have emailed without any response in the last 2 weeks. My daughter has braces and a bracket it off. I do not have money to go anywhere else. Y'all are really screwing over a lot of people right now.
We have been patients here for years and once Dr Hanley sold the practice, I can't get a hold of anyone. Nobody is EVER in the office, I have emailed, called, left notes, stopped by and now seeing these other reviews I'm afraid the office is closed.
How can we recoup our money to go to another orthodontist? I'm just shocked an office can just disappear. I see some of you are in the same boat and I'm curious what have you done about this situation? At this point I'm going to contact my insurance company to stop payments.
The worst place so UNPROFESSIONAL my son had his braces put on and now they have not ben serviced in over a year this is totally unacceptable no one else will take him because they didnt put them on if anyone can recommend another place please do i need help asap! Dr Hanley left without a notice! So UNPROFESSIONAL and the people wont answer or call back when we call for them to make an appointment this is sad and really should be taken to the attorney generals office or higher
